Gaudenti's in Big Bear

The house was beautiful, and so well stock everywhere: kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Our one complain was that the room with lots of bed was hot they had difficulty sleeping. We have friends who have a small cabin, so some of my grandchildren left in the middle of the night to sleep over there. As far as daily activities in the house, it was wonderful. There were so many game and we prepared all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Overall, it was a successful family trip, and we did love the house. Thank you, Linda Gaudenti 714-267-2110

Family Vacation

The house is absolutely beautiful. Lot's of games to do with children; foos-ball, pool, shuffle band game and board games. The view was stunning and just a few steps from the water. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi and the house was in a beautiful neighborhood.

A Piece of Heaven

The pictures of this home do not disappoint. From the beautiful front yard, the serene fountain flowing, it is a piece of serenity. And then opening the front door and seeing the lake through the massive window, you know you are in for a peaceful week. I loved having coffee every morning looking out to the gorgeous scenery. The home is spotless, massive kitchen supplied with every gadget you could possibly need. The bathrooms are supplied with hotel size personal needs. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds and lovely bedding. We had a problem with the washing machine but the rental agency hired a technician and the problem was fixed as soon as he could come out. I have been renting vacation homes for my family for the last 15 years, this was by far the nicest home we have rented which is situated in a beautiful walking neighborhood. I would give this home a 12 except the kids room upstairs which was a perfect place for three teens was extremely hot. I would recommend purchasing a few fans for the room. Other than that, I would highly recommend this home. Miss it already and we will definately be back.

Beautiful home

The home it stunning and literally everything you need for time away with family/friends. The kitchen is well stocked with literally everything you would need which is a major bonus compared to other properties we've stayed at. All the appliances are top notch and the house is in impeccable condition. The location on the lake could not be more beautiful. Our only gripe was the wifi didn't work so we couldn't watch TV (which would have been nice in the evening for the kids to wind down). We made do with games instead so it was fine but would have been nice to have.

Property was great. Communication from owner was bad. Sent several messages. Took days to get back to us. My son got sick day one. We had to come home. Never stayed one night. Messaged owner. They took over a day to get back to us.

Beautiful peaceful elegant home Inclusive of many little things that make this a special place.

This home is every bit as beautiful as advertised and with our family which includes teenagers, the recreational games in this house work perfectly. Beautiful home.

This home is beautifully designed and located. The views are gorgeous and the house is well appointed and stocked. The inside furnishings are just lovely. Checking in was easy and communication with the management prompt and courteous. The shuffleboard and pool tables were a big hit with the kids and the master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. My only negatives concern cleanliness and the outdoor area. It advertised deep cleaning which was important to me but it was dusty and there were chip crumbs by the sofa. The bathrooms however were super clean and it could be the house just was empty for awhile. The deck furniture was limited considering the number of people the house can hold and that and the picnic table area were not the quality and style of the rest of the house. For the price of this rental and the attraction of those wonderful views I’d consider updating the outside seating. I still give this home a five star rating however because overall it was fantastic and we were sorry to see our time there end!
