The house is very nice with large and numerous spaces for a large family reunion. It sleeps 16, however, not very comfortably. There are six bedrooms, but only the master has a comfortable bed. The dual queen bedroom in the basement has beds that are hard as a rock. The upper floor queen bed is worn out-soft, and the rest of the beds are either bunks or futon mattresses. The kitchen is very large with great island, lots of counter space, nice range & oven, and Keurig coffee machine and nice microwave. However, the refrigerator was too small for our extended family of 14 and offered no water or ice maker. This was a surprise, considering the price and the luxury nature of the home. Note, you will have to buy bags of ice. Also, there were numerous kitchen implements and post & pans, although most of the pans looked like thrift store cast offs. We thoroughly enjoyed the theater room, the pool table/ping pong table and grand piano. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and the deck was delightful in the evenings. However, the pond was covered by scum and the back yard was off limits. The front yard featured a horse shoe pit and a long driveway which handled the multiple cars of the various family members who drove up the mountain to meet here. A great feature of the home is its proximity to two major supermarkets, just down the hill. Overall, we had a great family reunion here.
