viejo, sucio, sin calefacción, sin wifi
No servía la calefacción y no había suficientes cobijas, el wifi nunca funciono, la tv un dia completo tampoco funciono, y sin wifi ni tv con niños no es buena combinación, reporte las fallas y hasta la noche del día siguiente solo solucionaron la tv, lo demás simple y sencillamente no, cuando reporte la calefacción solo me decían que "pues hace frio" cada año voy en las mismas fechas, se como es el clima, y siempre me he quedado en lugares donde la calefacción en la cabaña no es problema, aparte me cobraron mas dinero de lo que decía mi reservación

Muy comodo y agradable, es un lugar rustico y tipico del lugar, por eso no son necesarios los lujos, todos estuvimos felices y relajados.

First the check in said it was at 12 am in the email confirmation. We arrived at 1pm and they weren't ready until 3pm, the chimney didn't work so good, we were cold at night, the restroom was not connected to the heater, and there was no hot water on the sink from the restroom. They had a sliding area with an open gate in front of a main street my son almost flew to the street it made my heart stopped for a minute until he stopped with the sled because the gate is not fully close its missing a big portion.

Our check in time clearly states 3pm on both our website and Expedia. Although some people confuse the check in and out times. We are sorry you had some issues with the chimney but they were serviced and cleaned in December and we would have been happy to assist you with that. We are also sorry your son sled into the street however sledding is at your own risk. We enjoyed having you and hope to see you again.

Habían ratas en la cabaña Y lo reporte y lo que hicieron fue poner trampas fue horrible le tengo mucho ando y miedo a las ratas y la Mier a cargo solo me dijo no te van hacer daño

Cargos sin autorizacion. cobro de deposito 3 veces
La estancia en general bien; sin embargo me hicieron el cargo del deposito de seguridad en Abril cuando mi reserva fue para quedarme en diciembre; luego volvieron a hacer los cargos 2 veces mas y me dijeron que 2 o 3 semanas que deje el hospedaje me devolverán estos cargo.

Great place to stay and can even take your dog!
It was a cute rustic cabin, and it was so clean. When we got there we enjoyed all the amenities that were provided they gave us coffee to making the coffee maker, which is a sweet surprise. For my preference the beds were a little bit on the southside but I know some people like softer beds than I do. The owners are really sweet and very helpful. All in all was a great place to stay. And one of the only properties that accept pets.

Great location! Super cute cabins. Clean pool and spa. No issues with parking. Friendly front desk lady. Second time visiting and I’m sure there’s a 3rd coming!

Cabin and Amenities Not as Listed!
Amenities listed were not accurate. I booked specifically for those. A 2 bedroom was listed, jetted tub, washer and dryer, pool table, iron & ironing board, board games, but it had none of those. I thought i was getting all I was looking for but got none! We were even asked to leave the pool early because the lights dont work even though the sign says 9pm. I got a small cabin with a loft. It had a ceiling fan so low that i had to keep my kids away from it so they don't hit their head on it. The pool table & foosball is not open to the resort, they only had a facility washer and dryer which were broken, the iron and ironing board had to be borrowed from the office. The kitchen had no curtain so there was no privacy. Our cabin also had a very old and dirty picnic table which was peeling away as well as wooden lounge chairs that we wouldn't use. Our cabin also didnt have a bbqer. When I brought up these issues to the office, their response was that I booked through Hotels.com which is a 3rd party so they don't have control over how their amenities are listed. They even said they've had complaints from others who have booked 3rd party. Well as a business owner, they should make sure it is accurate! I overpaid way too much for what i got and they are non refundable so couldn't go elsewhere. It was my first time at Big Bear Lake and wanted it to be a memorable trip for my kids, but i couldn't help but just want to leave!

They had outdoor grills, camp fire pit, and other things for the kids to enjoy such as pool, hourse shoes, volleyball.

I really liked the location, close to Boulder Bay, walking distance, and the property offered a lot of things. Fire pit, hammock, each cabin had their own picnic tables and parking. BBQ was available and they would bring them to your cabin. Only thing I didn't like was my neighbors, they were loud and very inconsiderate for other people. Property was Great.

Dirty beds, it was obvious they didn’t clean the beds from previous guest, black widow spider webs outside property near doors and windows, and the windows very dangerous unable to stay up as soon as I touched without any press goes dawn hardly beds were second floor no air conditioner we have to let the windows open it was extremely warm ,shower was dirty too, very bad experience.

Enjoyed ourselves and this was a great basecamp for activities in the Big Bear area. The cabins are pretty dated, but that adds to their charm and the experience. The staff was great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
