There was an alarm that would intermittently beep throughout the stay, most of the blinds were broken and would fall apart when attempting to open, one of the bedroom doors was incapable of shutting because the doors didn't fit the frame, the wifi was spotty, there were about 25 tv remotes but no instructions on how to work each tv and we could only find one remote that worked so had to use it for every cable box, the ping pong table was missing a wheel, upstairs was 90 degrees but downstairs was freezing at the same time in the middle of the night even though we did our best to properly use both thermostats, no pantry in the kitchen, no laundry detergent provided, no towels for the jacuzzi, the fridge in the kitchen was smaller than usual. We stay at a cabin in Big bear every winter and this was by far our worst experience. View and location were great, jacuzzi worked well. But overall we were extremely underwhelmed with this property.
