Family Holiday Get Away

Great location! Property was perfect for 9 adults and 2 children including media room, game room, two family rooms, hot tub, and laundry room. Quiet neighborhood. Close to water activities in Boulder Bay. Hiking trails aplenty. The Village is 5 minutes away by car. Good sized kitchen with everything we needed for 7 days. AvantStay staff was very responsive to emergent needs. We would gladly stay at Dawn and Dusk again at Big Bear Lake!!

great place but

Iam not one to complain and I get it it's a weekly rental. Here are some things that need to be taken care of. 1. get some frying pans we had 15 people and if I didn't bring my own frying pans I would have had to go buy some. Touch up the scrapes on the wall in the pool table room also there is a hole in the door up there. And there was only one hand towel per bathroom and 2 very small kitchen towels again 15 people stay here I expected better. But we still enjoyed the house oh and you'll get kicked off wifi daily that was annoying. Iam writing this so the property owner would address these very small problems and which would have made this stay 5 star. We all had a great time and would stay here again. Thank You

Great place to stay

Overall, this property delivered as listed! There were a few floorboards and steps that were cracked or loose. We taped it down in the staircase because they were pretty sharp. I chalked it up to past visitors causing these issues. The company was extremely effective at communicating and being very clear with instructions. The place also had plenty of large beds to comfortable fit 10-12 people. We had no other issues cooking, cleaning and staying at the house.

Beautifully remodeled Home

This is a great property for families! It is a short walk to the lake and the neighborhood is very nice. The kitchen is a lot more spacious than the photos suggest. The 3rd Floor has a great kids room and game room. The gathering spaces are large and comfortable. Every inch is decorated beautifully. We did experience issues with the smell of sewage on the bottom floor that was unable to be resolved during our stay but the management company did a good job of communicating with us and trying to get the repair done.

Big Bear Fun!

Great experience with Wowrentals and the property. It was just as it looked like in the pictures bad was nice big house. Close to all the skiing and sledding plus restaurants. Will definitely go again and stay through Wowrentals.

Weekend Getaway

Communication and check-in process was quite seamless. The property itself is very charming and spacious. We loved the attention to details and the Lovely upgrades have been made throughout the home. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Big, beautifully decorated, relaxing home

Our family stayed at this beautiful home and we were pleased it looks like the pictures. Updated decor and amazing bathrooms and plenty of room. Teens loved the movie room and worked out perfect with the internet to do their school work and Zoom classes. Has pool table/ game room upstairs. Had separate areas where we could play cards and baby could sleep on different floor quietly. Beds are a little firm but were clean. Decor is done very well and great modern kitchen with everything you could think of. Had a jacuzzi that we didn’t get to you. They have a BBQ on the deck with nice relaxing chairs outside. Definitely think of staying here again.

Impressed with the Property

I have to admit, this is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in (& we have stayed in a lot). Spacious across three levels and beautifully renovated. This property has all the amenities you need for all ages from game room, to movie room, to several areas to lounge. The only complaint I heard while staying here is the shower on the third level doesn’t get hot water; lukewarm at best. But that’s ok, there’s still four other showers to use here. I’d definitely stay here again. No doubt.

Great Family Getaway

This property doesn't look like much from the outside, but is very nice on the inside. We had 10 adults and 2 kids and there was ample space for all of us. The company who manages the property was great to work with - before, during and after our stay. There were a couple of items I mentioned to them when we first got there (nothing that affected our stay) and they were very responsive. The only things this place is missing is a fire place and AC. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heatwave and the place was pretty warm when we got there. They do provide fans which helped. Once the sun went down, the place cooled down a lot. We left the windows open at night and closed them up including the blinds to keep the place cool. The cabin is located about 5 mins from the Village and has everything you need for a great stay - towels, toiletries, extra blankets/pillows, games and a hot tub. I'd definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great stay
