We have been coming to Big Bear for the last 8 yrs, and rent cabins, we have never come across one that we have to drive to pick up "check in information". It is the first time we are disappointed with our rental, the hot tub was out of service, the sheets were stained with blood, the carpet is really dirty, the house was dusty, cobwebs, there was visible trash in the rooms (under the bed), like it had not been cleaned in a while (we have pics). We get the cabin is old, but a few upgrades and maintenance will do!
