As the owners, we love to backcountry ski, bike, run & hike different mountains in different places and want others to have a place to do the same. The house has foot/bike access to National Forest trail systems (no need to drive to a trailhead) including the famed Gold Mountain, Holcomb valley pinnacles/hundreds of rock climbing routes and uncharted backcountry skiing when the snow holds. We are south facing so snow melts rather quickly and we are always a few degrees warmer than the other side of the lake!

The house was remodeled with a unique and fully custom rustic industrial style. It contains 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with two king beds, two bunks, and a futon. There is an office, wrap around deck with views of the San Gorgonio & Sugarloaf ridgelines, a foyer to hang your ski equipment or leave your bikes, and a Harry Potter nook under the staircase.

When relaxing, you can enjoy two large flat screen smart TVs, watch a movie, or read one of our backcountry guide books.
