Located just 1 km from the charming village of Gros-Fays and 4 km from the popular Vresse-sur-Semois, the home also provides easy access to the historic town of Bouillon, 20 km away, known for its impressive castle. Step outside and you'll find yourself in the heart of nature, with walking trails through the woods and a variety of outdoor activities nearby, including kayaking on the Semois, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, and even tennis, badminton, and mini golf. For convenience, a nearby supermarket offers delivery service right to your door. Families with children will appreciate the sandbox and play equipment in the garden, while adults can relax and enjoy the scenery from the shared terrace with a barbecue or retreat to their private terrace to soak in the breathtaking views.
