The property provides direct access to the South West Coast Path and is also just 3.5 miles from the stunning beach at Westward Ho! The sociable property has an open-plan living area, leading to a gorgeous outdoor dining area with far-reaching sea views.
The converted barn sits amongst a small complex of similar properties on the owner’s coastal farm. The heart of the home is a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, with underfloor heating and stunning views across open fields to the sea beyond. Relax here, stretched out on the colourful sofa to watch the Smart TV, whipping up tasty treats in the pastel-coloured kitchen, and sharing mealtimes at the wooden dining table. Also on the ground floor is a utility room and a snug/office space with a selection of books and games. Upstairs, a landing with a seating area leads to three beautiful bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. Patio doors lead from the lounge to an enclosed garden by stock fencing with a patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Beyond the patio is a large lawn where children and four-pawed guests can play.
The historic market town of Bideford is 3 miles away. Potter amongst the cute shops on the high street, before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the cafes. The town hosts a regular market – the ideal place to pick up local produce and crafts. From the quay, boats depart to Lundy, where you can spend the day admiring the rare wildlife and enjoying peaceful coastal walks. Other nearby attractions include the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly (10.5 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (8 miles).

- Underfloor heating via air source heat pump
- Office/snug with desk, seating books, puzzles, and games
- Large, enclosed garden with patio, lawn, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ
- Christmas decorations are put up for Christmas and NY
- Ample off-road parking in car park at top of the farm – Trolleys are provided to wheel your luggage to your accommodation
- Sandy beach 3 miles, shop 2 miles, pub/restaurant and pebble beach within 1 mile
- Please note: There is a pond in the grounds (children and dogs to be supervised), with hares, pheasants and other wildlife in the fields around our stock fenced gardens we kindly ask that dogs are kept under close control.
- Join our regular yoga class on Thursday at 11am with Sue our qualified instructor in our purpose built beautiful studio - £10 for an hour class, or request a 121 practice by arrangement. Sound bath available on request.
Tour the 85 acre farm on one of our Rewilding Tours to experience the changes we have made to the landscape to promote wildlife, we will take you on a 1 hour walk around the farm to show the tree planting, ponds, scrapes, banks and wildflowers. We only request a small donation towards our rewilding funds. The ground is uneven in places so suitable outdoor foot wear and clothing required, dogs are welcome on a short lead.

- No Fire works to be used within the grounds at all thank you
