Stepping into this stylishly presented retreat, you will soon notice the wonderful mix of creature comforts blended with a relaxed, contemporary style. Upon entering the lodge, you immediately enter the well-equipped kitchen/dining space, providing all the appliances needed for a stress-free, relaxing stay, whilst the dining table offers ample seating for all guests to dine together. Moving on into the home brings you to a relaxing lounge space with a choice of comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your favourite films on the Smart TV after a day of exploring North Devon. The two bedrooms branch off either side of the lounge and offer a choice of bed options. The first bedroom features a super-king-size bed, whilst the second offers a king-size bed. Both bedrooms provide plenty of storage and the added luxury of their own en suite, one with a shower over bath, and the other with a walk-in shower.
Stepping outside, guests have their own enclosed garden, with lawn and comfortable outdoor seating. Additionally, the adjoining furry friends’ sanctuary and a further 3-acre field with a lake are perfect for spotting local wildlife, including rabbits, chickens, ducks, Canadian geese, and even herons. There is also an additional outbuilding ideal for storing bikes and beach equipment when seeking fun in the sun.
