Upon walking into the home, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the picturesque views of the Gulf of Maine on one side of the house and Biddeford Pool on the other, not to mention the beautiful craftsmanship and decor choices that will take your breath away. The first floor features an open concept living room and kitchen perfect for creating memories with friends and family. Recently updated, the luxurious kitchen offers every amenity one could hope for. Whether you envision yourself making a pancake breakfast, boiling lobsters, or ordering takeout from a local restaurant, your group will have plenty of space to spread out at the island or dining table with seating for eight. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large television, although we can assure you there is nothing better than what you'll find out the windows. The first floor also contains a sitting area overlooking the Pool, a half bathroom, a mudroom perfect for storing all your beach necessities, as well as a bedroom. For added comfort during cooler weather, the mudroom and every bathroom in the home features radiant floor heating.

The first floor contains a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the Pool and full ensuite bathroom with stunning tilework and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you're invited into another shared living space with a couch, television, and deck overlooking the water. This space opens up to the laundry area which we can confirm as the best backdrop for folding laundry that you could imagine. The first upstairs bedroom has two twin XL beds and overlooks the Pool. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks the ocean. We will let you in on a little secret, the owner recommends leaving the blinds open in this room to experience a magical morning experience as the sun awakes over the ocean. There is a shared upstairs guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom– the primary– has a King size bed, exceptional views of both the ocean and the Pool, and a stunning en-suite bathroom.

As if this home's interior doesn't have enough to offer, the exterior is what makes this home an unmatched vacation opportunity. Take in the outdoors on the three decks, two off the first level and one off the second level, or patio overlooking the water, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, and enjoy your cup of coffee or a glass of wine while the waves crash in your backyard.
