DONT GO!!! I went with ny fiancé mom brother my 2 girls. Thought it would be a Wonderful experience WRONG!!! Went to my room checked it out set my things down there was black stains on sheet asked for new pair got wet ones.. Then my mom went to check out hers and there was black mold i have videos. I expressed my concern they have us a new room. The. We checked that out and the same thing more black mild and this tine there was some blood drops on the wall. Again expressed my concern they claimed it was glue. But there's no way it was. It was in multiple room abd if you kniw what it looks like or kniw what to look for you could see it. So we called the agency we went threw to get a refund. The agency was on my ear bud and was calling the hotel said they got a busy sign i went to them saying that my agency was trying to call them. The clerk said see no one us callibg but clearly i could hear the ancecy trying to call and i even varified the number. So they lied to me! So we left knowing it wasnt safe to stay there. While in the process of gathering our items to leave we found a bed bug on the bed!!!! So now all of our belongings is contaminated!!! So please please save your time, money and health DONT GO!!! Ps the hotel won't refund you either😡 so 307$ wasted

The room arrangement was perfect for a little privacy in a nook. Also we had a corner room and could open the windows which is a pleasure. It was a quiet hotel in general and a quiet room in particular which we liked.

Staff is always friendly and it’s a nice cozy place off the main roads but near enough to find stores restaurants etc . Serve a great breakfast as well ! Prefer to stay here when I’m in the area

There is NEVER anyone at the front desk. Actually there is a sign at the check in counter that states they have stepped away from the desk and will return shortly. That sign stays up 24/7. So when you need to check in or need assistance be prepared to wait

We stayed here due to being in town for a dance competition. The hotel was nice & the rooms were spacious. Only complaint is there was no linen in the rooms for the pullout bed, when I went to the front to ask for some I was provided sheets and blanket but they had no pillows available. We did not get a chance to try out the pool so no review about that.

Clean and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Express. Our room was clean and had a nice comfortable bed. The only drawback to the room was we paid for a king bed and they gave us a double Queen, which still worked out. So not a big deal and the blackout curtain in the bedroom would not shut all the way so the bright sun would wake us up every morning

OK stay but not great
The shower had cracks in the walls. There was no hot water for showers, at best it was luke warm. The key cards didn't work. The person working the front desk seemed frazzled and the only one working. He also mentioned other hotels in the area that were available when I mentioned they were the only one that came up in Biddeford.

Person at the front desk was not very friendly. I had been approved via phone for check out one hour later. When I mentioned it during check-in, he was not very friendly and denied me the additional hour. He agreed to an extra half an hour. At 11 AM. I got a knock on the door from cleaning asking me to leave.. I was approved until 1130. Pool was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was dry and rubbery.
