The rooms were clean and the Inn is centrally located in Biddeford. It took us less than 5 minutes to go to the various places we visited around Biddeford.

As far as motel style accommodations go, this option is pretty good. It's very basic (motels usually are) but it was clean, near restaurants/grocery and adjacent to the highway.

Expedia refused to change to a better hotel. Been a very loyal customer for about 15 years including buying all vacations for family at high end resorts. This place was below what you ought to rent out. Called Expedia who refused to change to another place.I am permanently ending my relationship with Expedia. some of our vacations were 30000 at top Caribbean resorts . And you will not give me another room at a better place. Hello Kayak. Goodby Expedia.

Skip any long term stay, 1 night is enough
I booked a smoking room but was informed upon arrival that it is a non-smoking property. Isn't that called false advertising. The bed had mattress topper thankfully, because any pressure on the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It looks like they are in the process of renovating. I say this because although there are picture hangers on the wall there are no pictures. There seemed to be a family bickering outside their room when we arrived. The greeting bordered on nasty. Also, prepare for a $100 hold on your credit card for several days even for a paid in full room. It's been 6 full days and the hold still hasn't been released.

Property is old. Room is sparse. Furniture old. Heat noisy, people smoking in chairs provided outside each door with ash trays. Exterior torn up artificial turf. Dangerous entries. In even ground. Not somewhere you would book twice.

Friendly staff that paid attention to your needs. Rooms are well kept and clean. It is a wooden structure so you can hear people walking on the floor above you. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Very enjoyable.

This property was misrepresented on Expedia com. The property had a 2.5 rating and has a reputation of being a terrible place from rude staff to unclean rooms. I went to another hotel after the front desk person was as rude and hung up on me.

It’s a decent place about 10 miles and 15 minutes from Kennebunkport. Not luxurious, but maintained and clean.

The cost of over $240 for one night for a place that had a person who barely talked to us during check-in, NO coffee or breakfast offered, the door to our room had been broken in previously and you could see daylight through it!

The check-in representative was not very friendly. The check-in representative seemed to be the hotel owner. The room was not well maintained, and the hotel didn't prepare four bath towels set, although we booked for 4 persons.

It was convenient. But no breakfast hairdryer was broken. Most outlets were dicey at best. Beds were ok. But minimal ok for one night. But overpriced. I would not have stayed here except nothing else was available. I would not stay here again.

The gentleman working the tiny check-in office was not friendly at all, he was quite rude. The room was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately there was no iron or ironing board and when I went to the desk and asked for these they only had an iron, no ironing board. Overall, the room was fine for an overnight stay but I would not stay here again if I needed to stay more than one night.
