  • Apartment A3 is 64 m2 and is located on the first floor of the villa. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower. With extra a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 4 people. All furniture and appliances are of the high quality. Luxury Villa La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof terrace overlooking the sea. The pool is heated, making this villa an ideal choice all year. The top feature is surely roof terrace with 32 m2 large heated pool and beautiful seaview. Free WIFI, BBQ and parking at disposal for our guests. 

    Please note that regardless of the General Cancellation Policy, Apartments La Perla have a strict non-refundable policy.

Special place!

Fantastic appartment, walking distance to local shops and restaurants and only a short bus or taxi ride to the city of zadar. Would recommended it to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.

Extraordinary journey!

Wow!!! Our stay at La Perla was amazing. We arrived in the mid of the night and Mr. Antonio welcomed us so friendly. When we had any questions we just texted him and he immediately responded. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The pictures of the pool and the view absolutely correspond to the truth. The supermarket and the beach are very close to the AirBnB. Thank you for everything!

A good place for pass the holiday. All is perfect, clean and the emplacement at the border of beach.

Glorious residence!

we do not recommend this apartment, with 3 friends we could never talk louder at 16/18, because the owner threatened us with the police, they wanted to throw us out of the apartment twice, we had to be very quiet. Pool cold, not heated - as described in the description, few towels (only 1 per week per person), very unpleasant owner. Average location. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
