Welcome to Coachella, a 75 m² apartment located in the heart of Biarritz’s Saint-Charles district.

With its vintage décor and retro spirit, this apartment offers a warm and characterful atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring Biarritz on foot, with local shops, restaurants and beaches all within easy reach. Miramar Beach is just 600 metres away.

Located on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift, the apartment offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and bed linen, towels and welcome amenities will be provided, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete comfort.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:
A stylish and comfortable living room with a velvet sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and dining area for up to 4 people.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a SMEG refrigerator, gas hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery.
Two pleasant and cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed and storage space.
A shower room with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, several services are included:
🫧 Welcome amenities: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and essential items are provided upon your arrival.
🧺 Bed linen and towels: the beds are made for your arrival. Bath towels and bath mats are also provided. All linen is professionally cleaned and sanitised by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
🧹 End-of-stay cleaning: after your departure, our housekeeping team carries out a surface clean to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

🐶 Dog friendly: your four-legged companion is welcome for an additional fee of €15 per night. A dog bed, two bowls, sofa protection, a brush and a towel for wiping paws are provided.
🚌 Free shuttle nearby, allowing you to easily reach different parts of Biarritz.
📍 Everything within walking distance: local shops, restaurants, beaches and services are all nearby. You will also find L’Impertinent, a Michelin-starred restaurant, as well as the delicatessen of Sébastien Zozaya, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
🔑 Flexible arrival: a secure key box allows you to access the apartment from 4 p.m., without the need to coordinate a specific arrival time.

ℹ️ Things to Know Before Your Stay
To ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible, please take note of the following:
Access to the apartment: the residence does not have a lift. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, so you will need to climb two flights of stairs with your luggage. If your arrival is accompanied by a member of our team, we will be happy to help you with your luggage.
Parking: the apartment does not have a private parking space.
Plumbing: a plumbing issue has been identified within the residence and may occasionally cause unpleasant odours. While waiting for the issue to be permanently resolved, plugs have been installed in the bathroom drains to help minimise this inconvenience.
Older residence: the building has the charm of an older residence. As a result, you may occasionally hear the neighbours, particularly those living on the floor above.

🕓 Your arrival – Self check-in
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM.
You will benefit from a self check-in, allowing you to arrive independently at any time from 4:00 PM onwards.
🔑 Detailed instructions for accessing the accommodation will be sent to you in the early afternoon on the day of your arrival. They will explain how to collect the keys and access the property easily, without needing to meet a member of our team.
Please follow the instructions carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any difficulties upon arrival.
📖 A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation. It contains all the useful information for your stay, including Wi-Fi details, Homies Holidays contact information, information about the property, check-out instructions and house rules.
🕙 Your departure
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Check-out is also carried out independently using the key box.
A late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be agreed in advance with Homies Holidays.
Any departure after 10:00 AM without prior approval may result in additional charges.
