"Area around property. Did not felt entirely safe. Toilets had broken seats. Kitchen only had knives. Sheet either not ironed or not changed. States sheets changed every two days. I was there five days and not change"

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"Great communication and easy secure parking near to town centre. Taxi rank 1 min walk and rooms and beds comfortable. "

"The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."
