Originally the Blacksmiths shop and now extended this two bedroom detached holiday cottage overlooks our paddocks & Blackmeredale Bottom. We offer weekly holidays and short breaks with flexible start dates.
Downstairs the sitting room has an oak floor and a wood burning stove, it comes complete with Free sat HD TV, DVD player, hi-fi with iPod dock and free wifi. The Dining Kitchen features a natural travertine floor & fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher - it has french windows out onto the patio and garden.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed and views across the fields. There is also a spacious twin room that has plenty of room for a travel cot, this room normally has twin beds but it can be converted to an additional double room with an Extra King bed ie 6' wide x 6'3" long. Room in both bedrooms for a travel cot which we are happy to provide free of charge. Please note that the bedrooms have partially sloping ceilings.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. There is a floor plan for this cottage which can be viewed on the floor plan tab above.
Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture overlooking open fields. There is parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage.
We also have two other 2 bedroom cottages at the same price point - the Stables and Foldyard so if this cottage is not suitable or already booked for your dates please take a look. Cart House and Courtyard are also 2 bedroom cottages but priced at a slightly higher rate. We also sometimes let the larger cottages on low occupancy if all the 2 bedroom cottages are booked so it is always worth getting in touch.
