Our apartment is a retreat for those seeking relaxation, allergy sufferers, and non-smokers. To maintain our high standards and the quality of our floors, the apartment is a shoe-free zone. Pets are not allowed on beds or the sofa. Pets only by prior arrangement. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase.

Picco 2 is ideally located between the Nürburgring and the charming town of Cochem on the Moselle—about 20 km from Cochem and 35 km from the Nürburgring. Set in a peaceful, quiet area, it offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Well-marked cycling and hiking trails nearby are ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Picco 2 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated from scratch as a personal project. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An EV charging station is provided. The accommodation offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for correct waste separation. Convenient self-check-in is available.
