"This was the perfect house for me to stay at during my visit to Jacksonville. The house was very clean and had anything i needed for my stay. My sons loved the arcade room which had games for all ages. The location was perfect tucked away in a beautifuland peaceful neighborhood. There was also a beautiful park close-by for morning, afternoon and evening walks. I will definitely come back to this house when i come back to Jacksonville."

"Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family. "

"We booked last minute in order to see our son stationed nearby and this property was perfect for our big family! Everything was incredibly clean but still felt like home. We loved being so close to where we wanted to go while not feeling overcrowded. The host was great with communication the entire time. We will definitely be looking to book this one again when we are back in town in the future. "

"Stacy was a responsive and friendly host. I appreciate her and her place. The house was in a good location as it was a good hub to many other places around. The house is spacious and had anything you could need. My 11 & 1 year old really enjoyed the house and so did I. Though we didn't have the chance to use it, the outdoor space was great. "We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!"
