We had a great stay here! We were visiting for a family wedding, and the property was very comfortable for our family. It was well-represented in the listing and had the amenities well-covered. Nice to have two bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was our first VRBO experience as we typically haul our camper everywhere we go but couldn’t find campgrounds close by for what we were in town for. Our son is in the MLF (Major League Fishing) and he had a Regional fishing tournament so we needed somewhere close to the Isle Casino and Hotel and this house was in perfect location for that. I am very OCD with cleanliness which is why we typically take our camper everywhere we go but I can honestly say the house was clean! The house also had everything in it that one would need during your stay but we didn’t use all of the things because we were busy running for his tournament but it was a nice touch to have cause you wouldn’t get those amenities staying in a hotel. We have stayed in condos in Florida and Alabama that has the bare minimum of amenities so it was nice to have those extra things this house had. The house is located perfectly to restaurants and shopping, the neighborhood is very quiet and the furniture is comfortable. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book with Bryan again as everything was an easy process.

This was our 3rd stay here. Needless to say, but we love the property. The decor is House Beautiful - no thrift store furniture in this rental. Wonderful fenced backyard for our dog, who also enjoys the parkway along Duck Creek for a long walk. Host surprised us with a wonderful treat in honor of Augustana’s homecoming weekend. Great weekend! Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay in the QC area. The house has everything that you need. It is perfect for traveling with pets. Super clean and comfortable. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is a bike/walking trail about 1 block away.

It was a lovely neighborhood and home. Super clean. Had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to bath stuff. The backyard is great and both our dogs and ourselves enjoyed it. We will absolutely stay here again.

Super nice and comfortable place for my family (me & spouse & 2 teens) to stay while visiting family in the Quad Cities. Convenient location. Duck Creek with its recreational pathway is just around the corner for a morning jog or a little bit of smallmouth bass fishing.

This was the most outstanding VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host was hospitable. The cleanliness was great. There was a tornado and the host was very accommodating to my Family. This house was beautiful. So many memories made. The yard…. Holy smokes it was beautiful and well taken care of. From the cozy bedding, to the laundry things to paper and the special little touches, this was truly an amazing experience. We made so many memories and had fun catching up with family. The host was prompt at responding and accommodating of my family. Everything as so well thought out and beautiful. I wish more VRBOs were as exceptional as this one. Thank you for a wonderful time and the lasting memories. (The pictures do not do it justice) BOOK THIS PLACE! We will be back again !

Very clean and great location!

The place was immaculate upon our arrival. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out and be comfortable. I loved the attention to detail throughout the home and the thought put in to what guest's may need. We enjoyed walking on the nearby trail every morning, close proximiety to many QC favorites, the beautiful flowers in the garden and also the having the option of the kuerig or regular coffee pot. Overall, very lovely accomodations!

Excellent property!

This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus.

Fabulous retreat!

Absolutely great! It seems like all amenities were considered. If I had to provide some minor constructive criticism, it would be that the basement exit was filled with leaves (true to the season). So, whenever that back door was used for the dogs, lots of leaves came into the home. Cleaning that out would make keeping the inside clean a lot easier. But, that did not impact our stay. Host was very accommodating and responsive! We will consider this host and property again.

Sister's Christmas Weekend

As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were home. So many extras in the home from Q-tips and band aides in the bathrooms to all spices in the kitchen. Just a wonderful place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend

Wonderful home

Very nice home and neighborhood. Was perfect for us to come and babysit my granddaughters while my son moved. Nice back yard to let them run around. Location was perfect also! Close to everything.

Exceptional Property

This was our second stay here. The home is very clean and well maintained. Love the close-by trails along Duck Creek; great for walking the dog. Only rental we’ve stayed in that I truly feel that our canine child is welcomed. Couch covers (we travel with our own, lol) a large, fenced in yard, and dog waste bags all provided by our thoughtful hosts.
