para la llegada muy conveniente y ubicación con cercanías a medios de transporte para combinar tanto con bus como con metro, la atención bastante que desear en cuanto a las personas que atienden como la limpieza, éramos tres y siempre no ponían todas las toallas y elementos

Lo mantienen en muy buenas condiciones. La habitación 319 que me toco, requiere de una lámpara en la salita pues está sumamente oscura.

Habitaciones muy confortables. El servicio de desayuno un poco caótico, muchas personas y pocas mesas. Pero en general muy bien lo demás.

Esta OK. El lugar es limpio, las habitaciones son un poco pequeño a diferencia de otros Embassy. No me gusto que hay que pedir con 24hs para que limpien las habitaciones, sino no lo hacen. Estuve 3 días por lo que nunca limpiaron la habitación. Te cobran $20 por dia ESTACIONAMIENTO. El snack de la tarde SUPER POBRE. Me hospede en muchos embassy y siempre son muy buenos. En este solo había chips con salsa y melón :( Y el tema bebidas.... solo te dan uno por persona. El desayuno es como siempre, muy bueno.

Excelente lugar y área,parece lejos de DC pero la Ciudad es hermosa y el metro te lleva justo a donde esta la acción, excelente hotel por menos de la mitad que cuesta uno en DC

Friendly staff. We got in late and I was tired. The guy moved my room to a quieter part of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Will stay again.

Exceptional and professional Staff. Willing to help and serve. The hotel experience was as good as the concert we came in town for. Check in and parking process was smooth. Young, professional and courteous staff. Fast wifi connection, water, check in cocktail hour and omelet to order breakfast were stellar. Great value for money without appearing cheap. We felt like these people were glad you came. We've added them to our favorite list. Definitly referring them to our friends and family.

Five minutes away to shopping mall. Nice and quiet. Parking is good. But once you leave the property expect your spot to be gone when you come back. 4 days of my stay I’ve been parking to different spot everytime.

We found the breakfast team to be very hospitable and warm especially Mary S, Maria D and Lisbeth. The bar team are also good but they are rushed off their feet and therefore the service and cleaning areas suffer. The gym is adequate and superficially clean - it does the job. The front desk team we found that the more experienced member could actual help whereas the less experienced did not really help as they themselves were not to sure and were just googling like we were - whether this is a case of not so good management training. Overall, the hotel is located an uber drive from a metro station which takes you into the heart of DC. We would despite the snags stay here again.

Your signage is horrible, the shower isn't labelled in a way that makes it easy to use, the layout of the hotel and the parking lot are confusing, and the one thing we asked for, a blanket, wasn't really a blanket, but layers of fabric that did not unwind enough to put it over me. Your staff were wonderful, and so was breakfast.

Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and happy hour. Nice Indoor pool and gym. Pool stayed busy with families. Attached Garage parking only $20/ day - good for Bethesda. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this for a short stay and we had an amazing time my daughter loved her stay and we will be booking again . Breakfast is amazing the spread and options we so nice (I wish they had alternatives to the pork options) . Marie G was so great she brought a high chair for my daughter and was so attentive.
