"Such an excellent place to spend a night away. It had everything we needed and despite only being a quick drive to the city, it felt like a different world. We loved lighting the fireplace and it also meant the house stayed cosy all night and into the following morning. The place was clean, comfortable and we loved the extra attention to details. Meeting the animals was an added bonus! Vaughan was a great host, excellent communication and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!"

"What a beautiful spot! We spent the night here for our anniversary and it was just magical. Looking out onto rolling hills and the bath on the balcony made romantic by the extra little touches of pretty lights candles and bubble bath provided by Vaughan. He also let us feed the baby calves and then we went down to the 2 cows to feed them. Prince the horse was out in the paddock so we didn’t get to say hello but Vaughan made our stay very welcoming. "Such a lovely change from the usual! We loved sitting on the porch looking out onto the beautiful rolling countryside. Nights were quiet and dark. TV/WIFI were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was cozy, but fine. Queensize bed. Excellent communication. Fine parking. Only minus for us was that the sheets were of linen ... not a pleasant skin feel for me."
