This two-story three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Sea Colony Tennis Community townhomes' main level offers a sunroom, living and dining area, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and half bathroom, while the top floor is home to a spacious landing (known as the studio), full hallway bathroom and all three bedrooms, including the master suite (with a private sundeck of its own). Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and more also await for your comfort and convenience. Any downtime spent indoors will be accompanied by ample entertainment as well with four flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, Blu-ray, a gas fireplace, and free WiFi.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
