Nice little place!

First, the good: the bed was amazingly comfortable! The beds in these places are hit or miss but this one is fantastic. There were two different coffee pots of different sizes. There weren't any large cups or glasses, but the kitchen was otherwise adequately equipped. The washer/dryer combo is new, quiet and efficient, the furniture is comfortable and the TV in the living room is enormous! If I had to offer a note for improvement, there is a lot of stuff for a unit this size. There is too much furniture on the balcony, and the decision to stash a bunch of old wall hangings in the closet meant that an already small closet could only accommodate a few hangers of clothes. Large chests crowded the bedroom, and the living room furniture was tricky to move around. But it was all very, very comfortable! Honestly, if it weren't for the lack of closet and walking-around space this would be a 5-star unit, especially at this price. I highly recommend it!

The place itself was very cute and perfect for a couple. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked & we cooked a nice meal one night. Bed was very comfortable! Only downside was the shower - mold on the ceiling & inside, and a bit cramped. Vacasa was a bit frustrating. When we got there, we found out we had to drive to the office to get our parkingpass & badges (which apparently allow you to access the beach at Sea Colony). The week we stayed there the badges cost $50/person. We were told we needed to display them to get on the beach & use the facilities - but we were never asked for them the entire trip and most of the pools were closed since we came after Labor Day. Seemed like a waste of $100. Other than this we enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation

The apartment was great. There was a problem with the kitchen sink and the management repaired it immediately. Management was extremely efficient and available. The only problem with the apartment was the lack of grab bars in the shower.

Nice but showing it’s age

Small but attractive unit with a nice view of the ocean. However 2 lamps were broken, a cabinet door was off the hinge, the heating/AC unit was loud, and the unit was not very clean when I arrived. (The coffee maker was full of coffee grounds not in the filter.). But I recommend the unit as it was a good stay.

Great experience for us celebrating our 25 Wedding Anniversary! Condo was clean and inviting. Only improvement opportunity — communicate prior to entering the condo. Someone brought chairs in from balcony while we were away.

A week at the beach better than any day at work

The place is well situated..parking to elevator and unit to beach access. We had to purchase full peak week passes that no one even checked after Labor Day. The bed was just ok, there is tons of stuff all over that takes up valuable space like artificial floal arrangements the armoire in the bedroom makes it tough to walk around if you are overweight it would be impossible to manuever. The towel rack in the back bath fell off the wall on our first day and probably would be better under the wall / mirror cabinet so the door could open all the way. There is some water damage by the sliders and it did smell a little musty, also a faint smell of stale smoke. There are some small minor things that need attention..like the lights in bedroom..one lamp missing a stem and one small light didnt work with the switch. We turned the chairs to watch tv..and they were comfortable and the air worked great and the bedroom stayed very cool which was a major plus!!!

Celebrated our 60th Wedding Anniversary!

It was a lovely property, while a little over-decorated with mirrors and pottery, but clean with lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and easy access to the beach. Would go there again!

Beautiful view

Our stay was just what we needed, oceanfront beach. The condo was clean and the accommodations were fine. As in previous reviews, there is a lot of furniture and extra things that are probably not needed but that didn’t bother us. I didn’t give the check in process a good review because they kept pointing me to the app and when I downloaded the app, I could not find my reservation and any pertinent information. I ended up calling the after hours line to see how to check in.
