Very nice accommodations. It was great having a cable tv package instead of just internet tv. Grocery just up the street made getting supplies very easy. Nice fenced in back yard for the dog. We walked the nearby trail several times and even walked to the nearby public park and children's playground.

This was our fourth summer in Bethany and this was the best home we’ve stayed in to date! The property was perfect for our dog, with the fenced in yard. Inside, there was more than enough space for our family of four, including our two children, ages 6 and 8. The girls loved sharing the room with twin beds to give them each their own space but be able to sleep together.The master downstairs was great, with a wonderful shower and spacious closet! The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need to cook or prepare food. It was great having a Keurig as well!The hosts were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The small touches around the house with instructions were also very helpful!We loved our stay and hope to be back and able to stay here again next summer! Thank you Jim and Laura for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Beautiful house and property. Has everything you need for dogs, beach chairs, towels, outdoor shower & dining! Spacious and within walking distance to grocery and dining. Just a short drive to the beach/boardwalk. Owners were in communication entire time.

We had an amazing time at this location! It had everything we were looking for from the amount of rooms, the cleanliness, the space, the backyard. Jim and Laura thought of everything and it was such an easy ride to all attractions we wanted to enjoy! We made memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to stay here again when we return to Bethany Beach!

We felt right at home. We found it to be a very complete house. Even though the property is not in the middle of all the commercial activity and congestion, it offered easy access to many services nearby. This was a great location for us.

Pet Friendly Beach Getaway

Laura and Jim were excellent hosts for the week! The home was very comfortable and family (pets too) friendly. Laura and Jim checked in on us during the week and had helpful hints for a great visit to the Delaware Coast.The home was on a very busy street but we did not notice it while inside or in the backyard. It could be an issue if you have any more than 2 vehicles. All and all we would definately stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

Great location. Nice property. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in yard was a bonus and our dogs were happy there. We went for a family vacation. Parents, grandparents, and 2 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

This was a fantastic experience for us from booking to check out. First of all the communication was immediate and so friendly. They made us feel like we were important. The house was great no surprises. Backyard was beautiful and perfect for our dogs. Our son loved playing in it also. Thank you for a place to make memories in. Would love to come back again!

Perfect in every way

Had a great time on this weekend getaway! Property was perfect! Enough space for everyone but still had a cozy feeling. Love how it was decorated. Kitchen was stocked well. Furniture and beds were super comfy. My dog loved the fenced in yard and there were trails nearby. Owners were so nice and helpful, i loved that they contacted me before i gor there so I wouldn't have to search for their number. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! Can’t wait to visit again!

We decided to take a last minute trip to the Delaware Shore and found this gem of a home. The location was perfect for visiting not only Bethany Beach, but also the surrounding towns. The home is very comfortable and cozy with much attention to detail. The yard is wonderful for pets and relaxing on the deck.

Great late summer getaway spot for our friend group

This was an excellent house to stay out for our book club friend group getaway. We chose this house primarily for its location, which was close to another friend who lives in a nearby home in Bethany. The house is very convenient to many activities and walking trails and, of course, the beach and boardwalk area. We were able to walk from the house to nearby G&E Hocker's supermarket for supplies, as well as to a few restaurants including Yellowfin's Bar & Grill and Ledo Pizza. Otherwise, everything else is just a few minutes drive away. The house itself is very comfortable and was very well supplied with everything you need. We really enjoyed the layout with two separate gathering areas on the main floor as we had some folks who enjoyed watching TV and another group who just wanted to sit and chat. The house also had a fantastic fenced in backyard with a hammock, picnic table area and a huge deck right off the kitchen with high-top table and chairs and other seating and lounging choices. On the main floor there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is private - attached to the large master suite with kind sized bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. We also enjoyed the separate dinning room area where we ate our meals together and played board games or cards in the evenings. The homeowners were very easy to communicate with, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice layout; tv's in all bedrooms and main level, nice fenced in yard. Our dog enjoyed as well, nice yard and nice paths along nearby canal for walks.

Wonderful!!!

This house was awesome, and the owners are absolutely wonderful. The home was very clean, organized and very well-stocked. Location next to grocery store and walking/running/biking trails was SO convenient! Backyard was quiet and peaceful. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was well-furnished. We'd stay here again for sure!

Convenient location / close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked and had all of the modern amenities you would need and more. Fast wi-fi. Grocery store within walking distance. Close to the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We had 9 people staying at the house towards the end of our vacation and we had plenty of room. The layout of the home is great. Laundry on-site was very convenient. Kitchen is very nice with plenty of counter space and updated appliances. The fenced-in backyard was great for the young ones and pups. This home is located on a busier road but the owners are very upfront about that. It didn't bother us. The home is set back far enough away from the road and we spent more of our time in the backyard anyway. We would definitely stay here again!

Dog Friendly Getaway

We were so excited to find a vacation home for us and our pup. The house was roomy, clean with a large fenced in back yard. It was only a short drive to beaches, activities, groceries and great local restaurants. A small downside is that the house is on a busy road. We would happily stay here again!

It was so welcoming to return to this home after a busy or relaxing day!

The days were very hot but we found a lot of nice hiking trails to keep you semi-cool. We also found Ecobay to be a hidden treasure!
