Bethany Beach July 2025

Had a great week in Bethany and thouroughly enjoyed our rental. Plenty of space and privacy for our group of 8. We appreciated the parking passes and amenities provided. All in all a great place to have as home base while taking part in all that Bethany Beach has to offer!

So close to the beach !

I just couldn’t believe My eyes when I first laid eyes on that house so close to The beach. Beautiful inside brand new everything brand new rug, and hardware floors. Bathrooms were immaculate kitchen was immaculate not enough can be said about the state of this house. Thank you so much. We hope that you will take us as new guest next year. Wonderful house and location

This home met all our needs. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. A nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient and safe for biking and walking. We definitely wwill stay again. stay again!

I give a 10/10 rating to stay here. Nick is easy to comunicate with and was very clean. Me and my husband and 3 kids enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. But i would come back and stay here again for a another beach trip for sure! It was super nice that there was already fans here instead of packing fans to bring down here.

Spacious and Comfortable

My family and I stayed for two nights and found the experience very relaxing and comfortable. The A/C had the place nice and cool, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and reheating. Dinning table was spaceous and allowed us to have enojyable meals together. House is very close to Bethany Beach Downtown and the residents passes made it super easy to find parking.

This is our second time staying here and it is always a joy. Nick is responsive and so kind. His home is perfect from the location, walking distance to so many places including the beach, to the amount of bedrooms and space. I love that there is a bedroom with walk in shower on the first floor. Thank you Nick for opening up your home. We will definitely be back.

60th birthday at the beach

We enjoyed our long weekend at the beach despite the weather! Went to all our old hang outs, enjoyed each others company just hanging at the house, even got a little pickle ball in on the local court. Property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us!
