Wonderful time at Bethany.

Annual extended family week planned. The location of the house is ideal for beach use, neighborhood walks, and access to other beach areas. Several wonderful restaurant options are also close by.The house offers several levels with a degree of privacy for individual family units and bathrooms easily accessible to all bedrooms. Welcoming and comfortable common areas, indoors and outdoors abound. The elevator was also quite useful.The house and kitchen are well appointed with virtually any option that would be needed for daily use. Many recreational items are also available for a wide variety of ages.The owner was always accessible and was cordial and appropriate in all communications.Should the Delaware beaches be a destination for a future annual family vacation in our growing and aging family, we would be more than interested in returning to this lovely house.

Great beach house!

This beach house was wonderful. It was spacious, steps from the beach, and had tons of amenities. The elevator was incredibly useful for some of our less mobile guests.Doug was a responsive and helpful host. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

Fabulous House!!

We had a family gathering at this wonderful beach house. The kitchen has everything that you need. We loved having the grill on the deck outside the kitchen. A beautiful neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and garage filled with beach chairs, bikes and toys. Very good communication with the host. I highly recommend this house for your next trip to Bethany Beach!

Bethany beach home

We had a great time at this lovely home, and had plenty of room for our extended family. The boardwalk to the beach was less than a half block away which you could see from the house. It is the best stocked kitchen we have ever had, and all appliances worked well! There were many bicycles, beach chairs, everything we could want. We could tell it was a well cared for home. The owner was extremely helpful in every way. We will certainly come back to this one when staying on the east coast. Thank you, Doug, for being so gracious.

Best Location Possible

The house was more than spacious. The balconies all worked well for outside time. The inside great room was great to gather at night. The best part of this house was its location to the beach, like 100 feet!!! As a cherry on top only maybe 35 or 40 minutes to ocean city for a day trip!!!

Perfect family getaway

We could not have asked for a better place to get our family together! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was amazing! We had one person that was unable to walk due to surgery so the elevator was definitely a plus. The owner was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property. Definitely 5 stars!

Weekend with the Bethany Babes!

Great house, we are a group of women who have been coming to the beach for 34 years during the last weekend in September. We have had the delightful pleasure of staying in many beautiful homes in the Bethany Fenwick area. This one tops them all. Location, comfort, furnishings. We loved it.

Beautiful House - Clean and Spacious

My family gathered at this beautiful house for a reunion and what a great time we had! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from appliances to dishes and utensils. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds. We had a rainy day but we were entertained by the assortment of games provided by the owner. This house gives off the feeling of being well cared for by the owner. We will be back again next year!

Great house in an excellent location!

We rented this house for a big family vacation. There were 13 adults and 4 children. The house was perfect. The layout made it easy to have the children on one level with their parents (2nd level) because it has four rooms on that level with bunk beds and three queen beds. Everything was very clean and the house is fully stocked with everything you need...towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, pots and pans, etc! The beach is a short walk away and not crowded at all. We had a wonderful time and Doug was a great communicator. We would definitely like to rent again.

Beautiful location and house

The house is amazing. It’s clean, well stocked, great location, and we really appreciated the private beach. The house is super close to the ocean! Owners were quick to answer questions, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again! Thanks so much.

Family vacation

We had a great week. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed the linen service. There were lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s a short walk to the beach. Overall excellent!

Excellent family house!

The house was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and amazing garage with almost too many bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. We had a multi-generational gathering with people from 82 to 2. Everyone had a great time. The multiple outdoor showers and elevator were really used. The Host, Doug, was very responsive and friendly. We had a user error issue with the elevator and he immediately responded and walked me through the easy fix. Multiple guests, especially those with little kids or canes, remarked on how great it was to be so close to the beach. When leaving the dunes, you can see your house just a few steps away. Great for a quick moonlight stroll or a rush home to deal with kid issues. Will definitely try to make the gathering at this house a yearly event.

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic week with our group of 17. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements and the proximity to the beautiful private beach can't be beat. Doug was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well equipped for everything you might need during your stay. Plenty of extra blankets, coffee makers, etc. Great week, thanks again!

Amazing vacation house and great location

Fantastic House!!

Our family rents VRBO houses frequently but I have to say this house is the most well equipped, most comfortable, most up to date and the best house for lots of people. Really close to the beach and so private. We all loved our stay! Thanks Doug!

Stunning House in Every Way!

We had the best time and felt totally at home in this house. Plenty of room and even closer to the beach than we had thought. So many bikes to use and things around the house that made the stay feel so comfortable. All the linens felt very clean. Everything felt high end which was an added bonus. Cannot wait to go back!

Great stay in Bethany

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Easy booking and check in and out, timely communication with Doug, and the property had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic three night getaway!
