The non-smoking holiday home Piet is located in Berumbur and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 60 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The wall-hung toilet in the bathroom has a maximum load capacity of 160 kg.

The property offers a private outdoor area and a parking space. The large plot and the bright summer garden (unheated) with a covered terrace and barbecue invite you to relax. Dogs are welcome on the fully fenced property. Only house-trained dogs are allowed due to the wooden floor in the summer garden. After consultation with the owner, up to two small or medium-sized dogs are permitted. Dogs must not be left alone in the house. A tennis court, spa house, swimming pool, bathing lake (with dog beach), and restaurant are all within a 10-minute walk. Guests must be at least 25 years old.



Charging electric vehicles (cars) via the house electricity is not permitted. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
