Cozy Cottage
Great host to deal with and very accommodating.Our daughter was getting married that weekend so it was the perfect place for our family.Just would like a bit more information on what was supplied in kitchen.It says their was a dishwasher so I presumed their would be some dishwashing tablets but there wasn’t.I would highly recommend anybody to stay here though.

Hi, thank you for your recommendation.. I do supply dishwashing tablets . I apologise as my new cleaner missed putting the dishwashing tablets in cupboard under sink.

Great location and beautiful property
Matilda’s cottage is everything you hope for when booking a stay in Berry. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Property was kept in fabulous condition and Bernadette’s instructions were very clear. Great stay and highly recommend!

Great location
Our family loved touring around Berry and Jamberoo. Our day at the water park was the best fun ever. The property was really conveniently located. Right on the Main Street, but behind the front properties on the street so very private. It was walking distance to lots of food options. The first day it was humid and 30C. Sleeping was uncomfortable without any upstairs air conditioning. It was lovely downstairs but not everyone could sleep on the couch.

There is ceiling fans in both bedrooms upstairs that make sleeping comfortable on hot nights . I

Nice pad in awesome location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly located in Berry and has all you need for a family of 4. We brought an extra TV so the kids could play computer games upstairs when they wanted to chill out. Its not a massive place for 4 people, but we were intent on going to the beach and checking the local area. There is plenty to do in Berry and the property was good to come back to for dinner and rest. A couple of minor things in the kitchen could be better - the microwave door needs a fix, and some more cooking utensils would be good. A good place to stay.

You could not get a more central location but, because it is set back from the road, it was still lovely and quiet. Spotlessly clean and lovely linen, towels etc. Bernadette was very easy to deal with.

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Walking distance the most beautiful boutique shopping and cafe strip, as well as a short drive to the beaches or bush. The properties amenities were aesthetic and functional for eating, sleeping and for making into your home for a short stay.

Fantastic location!
Bernadette is a wonderful host and her property doesn't disappoint. It is in the centre of Berry but still very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 4 people with 2 bathrooms upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. Lovely linen and towels provided. Plenty of room for 2 cars. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely hideaway in centre of Berry
This property was great. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The fact that it was in the centre of town was really great as you could access everything in less than a minutes walk. Some air con upstairs would be lovely in the hot summer but that would not stop me staying here again. Host was lovely and gave great instructions. Thanks Bernadette!

Christmas in Berry
We had a wonderful stay at the Matilda Cottage in Berry. The property is located in a very convenient location- close to shops, restaurants and major roads. The unit is very well appointed and there were many special touches and well thought out amenities for the guests. Our family enjoyed spending our holidays here!

Very clean comfortable cottage with great location to add to Berry experience.
Great layout with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and ensuite toilet downstairs . Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Only note would be better suited to only 5 adults for bedding unless people are shorter having to use the lounge as a double bed- although very comfortable.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Berry
We loved our stay at Matilda Cottage. The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the location could not have been better. It was so central, yet quiet due to its position set back from the main street. Thanks to Bernadette for a fantastic weekend in Berry!

Berry Getaway
Matilda cottage was exactly as we expected. Clean and comfortable with lots of spots outside to enjoy the courtyard. Great location, just park your car and just an easy walk to the shops, coffee, ice cream and dinner. The hostess gave us Instructions that were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend a stay at Matilda cottage 👍🏻

We went for a surprise 60th Birthday and had an amazing time.
The location of the cottage was as advertised right in the heart of Berry. The cottage was equipped with very high quality inclusions, eg towels,kitchen utensils and appliances. The host was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would and will recommend this cottage for a great get away.

Location, location, location
We spent a week in Berry and you couldn’t ask for a better location. To be smack bang in the middle of town, walking distance to all shops and restaurants is wonderful. The house is comfortable and very well equipped, however on hot days, be prepared for upstairs to become very hot. The house would definitely benefit from air conditioning upstairs. We had a few issues with the internet however Bernadette was very quick to respond and truly apologetic and all was resolved fairly quickly. If you’re looking for a relaxed homely stay, in the centre of Berry, I definitely recommend.

Gorgeous Cottage with everything you need!
The Mathilda Cottage was a gorgeous little home, that had everything we needed during our weekend in Berry. Perfect location, only a 3 min walk into town, and right across from the famous berry donut van. Ticks all the boxes! Will definitely stay here when we come back to Berry. Thanks Bernadette!

Memorable Stay for Our Getaway!
My overall impression of this property was a very positive one indeed! The condition was excellent, and was exactly what we expected from the Stayz advertisement. It was very clean and tidy. The space was ideal for a couple or small family. The location was very central to town. The property was quiet, as it is tucked away nicely off the main street. The beds were very comfortable, and we liked the little extras that were supplied, e.g. soaps, body wash, etc. It was well stocked with towels. The kitchen functioned very well, and contained all the 'mod cons'. The instructions to access the property were clear and easy to follow. The TV was fine, although we could not locate Netflix (but that might be a reflection of us!). There is a garage that was functional, although we did not decide to use it in the end. The view out of the window in the second bedroom was nice. You can relax on the front porch, although we did not decide to. The check in and out times were good, and it was nice to have a little more time to depart on that last morning. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone, and hope to stay there again sometime in the not too distant future, as there are other areas around Berry that I would like to explore further.
