  • This beautiful studio loft is nestled among many local orchards and vineyards, 13 short miles from Lake Michigan, and 25 miles from Notre Dame!

    Set in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful perennial garden at your private entrance, there's a garden with seating to enjoy quiet moments and fire pit to toast s'mores and hot dogs. Inside, a beautifully decorated space provides for all your needs in a lush tho industrial chic design. All amenities can be accessed on one floor with no barriers.

The host was very good at communicating. I messaged about an issue and they responded in less than an hour. The studio is very clean! It was incredible how much they were able to do with the space, but be prepared it is an extra cozy space.

Property grounds were unkept and overgrown. There was a massive unsightly pothole, filled with water in the driveway. It is advertised as being near a beach and winery- not true, it is near a run down set of apartments. The small picture of a blue shutter on a yellow “portion” of the home should have been the indicator, but we took a chance based off a deceptive description.

Perfect location

The wedding venue, Hidden Valley Vineyard was only 8 min away & I took some time to explore St Joseph while in the area. Very nice place to stay

Great Weekend.

Location was exactly where we needed it to be. The studio was cute, clean and well stocked. We don’t VRBO often so for us there was a learning curve in understanding descriptions. The place was much smaller than we anticipated. That misunderstanding was on us though. We appreciated the location and were thankful to stay there.

This place is SOOO tiny! There is no place to sit unless you pull out the Murphy bed. The outside appearance is pretty messy and unkempt.

Peaceful bliss

I went to a wedding not too far from this place and was so glad to have found it! The pictures do make it seem a bit bigger but when I got there and got a feel of the place I fell in love. It was very clever how Nina turned part of her garage into a studio! It was perfect for me as a solo getaway and so cozy. I will definitely be back.

Celebrated my 45th birthday and had a nice little getaway in October of 2023!

My husband and I came out to seek the Niles, MI 50th haunted houses Anniversary. Usually we stay at a hotel in Niles, MI but Notre Dame was having a home game so the hotels were ridiculously overpriced! So therefore I started searching for a close by VRBO. Nina had the perfect little place for us! Cozy, clean, warm and cute! Perfect and just exactly what we needed for our 2 day trip in October! A wonderful trip/ getaway/ birthday to remember! :-)

Great host, great location, great cozy space.

Nina is an amazing host, with great location near several winery's including Lemon creek winery and not too far from Weko beach. The space is well decorated, very cozy and perfect for couples or 2 people to share a comfortable Murphy bed and a nice small upper level nook and has everything you need to cook or warm up food, but the best part is the full bathroom, which might look small but is a great size and does not feel cramped . Hope to come back soon. Thanks for everything Nina.

Cute small place

Very clean and neat space but quite small. It was fine for me but when the Murphy bed is down there is no room to move around in the main space. Just an FYI if you plan to have multiple guests. Also, I noticed the description reads that this is wheelchair accessible. I did not need this feature but it is NOT wheel chair accessible. Great shower and super comfy bed. Close to all the fun things to do.

Perfect for intimate getaway!

This was a special treat for me and my husband. The atmosphere in this home was breath taking. The craftmanship and décor gives one the feeling of a coastal getaway. Yes, it is a tiny house within the confines of a garage. Genius! Who knew one could make such a cool and peaceful place while creating a warm and welcoming feeling all at the same time. Clean, perfectly decorated with love and care. This is a couple's getaway for sure, cozy, and intimate, yet roomy enough for two big oldies like me and my husband. We will stay again.
