  • Disponible por primera vez en el otoño de 2019: '24' es una pequeña casa de 600 pies cuadrados en Quietside of Mt Desert Island. Hay un espacio de vida de 'concepto abierto' que contiene el dormitorio, la cocina y la sala de estar. El baño de 3 piezas es la única área amurallada de la casa.

    24 está ubicado en un vecindario deseable en West Tremont. Estamos a 8 km del centro de Southwest Harbor, donde encontrará un mercado, una tienda de vinos, tiendas y restaurantes.

    El Parque Nacional Acadia se extiende hasta el Quietside con algunas hermosas caminatas por la montaña Bernard.

    La casa está totalmente equipada para dos adultos. Hay una cama matrimonial. La casa tiene calefacción y tiene aire acondicionado. El baño es un baño de tres piezas con ducha.

    La cocina tiene una estufa de tamaño completo, microondas, tostadora y hervidor eléctrico. Una moderna nevera retro completa el look.

    Hay una gran terraza en la parte delantera de la casa que tiene una vista del agua a Duck Cove (ver fotos para ver las imágenes de la vista).

    Nota: Al igual que todas las casas en Tremont, la casa tiene un pozo y un sistema séptico. No a todo el mundo le gusta beber agua de pozo, por lo que le proporcionaremos 2 galones de agua fresca de manantial para beber. Agua de manantial adicional está disponible en Southwest Harbor.

    La casa tiene internet inalámbrico y un televisor listo para internet. Netflix y Hulu están disponibles. Tenga en cuenta que no hay cable.

    No hay lavadora ni secadora, hay una gran lavandería pública muy limpia en Southwest Harbor.

wonderful and quite

We enjoyed our time very much! The house is comfortable and simply great for two to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the area is very quiet.

Wonderful starting point for Acadia NO

My wife and I stayed at 24 during our trip to Acadia NP. It was the perfect place for us. Very quiet and comfortable but close enough for a quick trip into town for groceries, etc. And the hosts were very easy to work with, both at check-in and check-out. Next time we’re in the area, we’re definitely checking on the possibility to stay here again.

Cozy cottage

Perfect spot to stay while exploring Acadia NP, Bar Harbor, and SW Harbor. Remote and pleasant. Cottage was well stocked with everything you need. The cottage was well decorated with spunky eclectic decor which we enjoyed very much.

everything was great, but the fold out bed left something to be desired. very peaceful away from the craziness of bar harbor, made a great home base for the island.

Comfortable, remote

We had a comfortable stay at this cute little one-room house. The one downside is that the location is a bit far from most services and park attractions, so we spent a lot of time in the car.

Beautiful cottage on MDI

The property was perfect for my husband and I. The decor of the house is so nice and the location very private and quiet. Close to restaurants and a short drive into Acadia National Park. Very beautiful! Highly recommend. Art and Karen Chesterfield NJ

Beautiful Studio Close to Southwest Harbor

We just spent a most enjoyable week in this beautifully decorated little cottage. It is conveniently located close to Southwest Harbor on the much better Quiet Side of MDI. Our hostess Karen was extremely kind and helpful, and it was thanks to her plentiful recommendations that we dined like kings during our entire stay, which we absolutely deserved after those hikes we did. We had the best possible MDI experience and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage.

This is a beautiful little house about 10 minutes from town. We found it to be very clean and exceptionally quiet. We could not have found a nicer place! Thanks!

Peaceful

Cottage 24 was perfect for my husband and I. We have been staying on the island in September for the last 5-6 years at different venues, bed and breakfast, campground, motel, etc. This was the best fit by far. Self contained, with everything we could have needed. Clean and comfy. The owner was very responsive to our one concern and addressed it immediately. We love staying on the quiet side of the island and this was our most peaceful, relaxing stay by far!
