Wildlife abounds - deer appearing in the field, butterflies, birds of prey, geckos and the star of the show the midwife toad whose sonar like call will astonish! We particularly appreciated that she left us breakfast for our first morning having arrived in the early hours. Home made plum jam was such a treat.
