"First time VRBO users vs all inclusive or cruises, but that anxiety didn't last long. Loved the acccess to busses and ferries and the supermarket was well within reach with a bus stop right there.Christine even offered to pick up groceries and put them in the refridgerator for us, but we didn't know what we wanted and planned on eating out alot..Having a private dock and beach was a plus.Very secure and we never even locked our doors.Another very pleasant thing was how kind the locals are, young...

"This home is just a short walk away from bus stops and a well stocked grocery store. We ate some meals at home on our outside patio but also walked to a couple of nearby restaurants. You can walk to Horseshoe Bay Beach via Scenic Hights Drive. Day excursions were easy by using the shorelink bus pass system. After a busy day out it felt great to return home to this little cottage and drift off to sleep to the music of chirping frogs. The provided snorkels were a nice perk for our beach day...
