Sehr geehrter Gast,herzlichen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback. Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ihre konstruktive Kritik ist für uns äußerst wertvoll.Bezüglich der Raumtemperatur und der Saunazeiten bedauern wir, dass diese Aspekte Ihren Komfort beeinträchtigt haben. Unser Sauna- und Fitnessbereich ist in der Woche von 8 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr abends und am Wochenende von 9 Uhr morgens bis 17 Uhr abends geöffnet. Die Temperatur in den Suiten wird nachts automatisch etwas abgesenkt, generell haben unsere Gäste immer die Möglichkeit, die Heizkörper manuell zu regulieren. Unsere Suiten sind mit hochwertigen Stoffen, Polstern und Bambusmöbeln ausgestattet. Matratzen und Matratzenschoner sind aus hochwertigsten Material gefertigt. Küchen und Bäder sind neu renoviert. Der Küchenbereich ist komplett ausgestattet u.a. mit Filterkaffeemaschine oder auf Wunsch mit Espressomaschine. Wir verstehen, dass die Farbgebung und das Konzept nicht jedem Gast zu 100% gefällt. Die technischen Geräte und Heizungen wurden überprüft und sind voll funktionsfähig.Ihr Feedback hilft uns dabei, uns stetig zu verbessern und wir hoffen, dass Sie uns die Gelegenheit geben, Sie bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt von unserem hohen Standard zu überzeugen.
