Dear Mr. Mirism, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay at THE MANDALA HOTEL. I talked to my colleagues from the reception. My colleague Mr. Pando, whom you named in your evaluation as Señor Mic, gave me an opinion on what happened. It is true that our colleague asked you for a lower volume, after which the screaming volume could be heard up to our reception and also the other guests of the QIU restaurant felt disturbed. Our apologies if it was a bit brash, but it was never the intention of our colleague Mr. Pando to make you uncomfortable or inconvenient. Regarding the taxi call, you had initially ordered the taxi with our colleague Ms. Bui and then resumed the conversation with Mr Pando, as he speaks Spanish more fluently and was better able to assist you. Mr. Pando also called you 3 times on his own initiative to keep you informed. Berlin is a big city and very busy in the center. In the taxi office we were told that there are very few taxis that have baby seats. Therefore, we could unfortunately do nothing but hope that the taxi office will send you a taxi with a baby seat as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change the fact that complications occurred on a cold and rainy day. We can understand your displeasure very well, it was certainly an unpleasant and nerve-racking situation, but we have tried our best to support you, but since several factors played a role, it came to delay.
