Lo de Titanic sería por el naufragio y no por el t
Ha sido una estancia para olvidar de inmediato, pero dejando testimonio para otros viajeros de manera que no caigan en la trampa, me explico: - la habitación era minúscula, la publicidad de que tenía un tamańo de 13 m2 era pura invención, ni sumándole el bańo se llegaba a eso, desde el borde de la cama hasta la pared solo había escasos 40cm, vamos !!viva la amplitud!! - La cama, como corresponde al tamańo de la habitación era de 135cm (mas grande ya no cabía) no nos explicamos cómo se podían meter alemanes y otros huéspedes europeos bien desarrollados. - No había armario para dejar la ropa, sino un hueco en la pared (sin puertas) de unos 15 cm de profundidad, ni lugar en donde dejar dos maletas de cabina, por lo que había que tenerlas en el suelo con el riesgo continuo de tropezar y liarla - En el bańo sólo cabía una persona, por lo que si acababa el que se estaba duchando, tenía que esperar para salir mientras el otro terminaba de asearse Al hacer el Check-in, se nos pidió una tarjeta de crédito, pero no para cubrir posibles gastos extraordinarios, sino para cobrarnos de inmediato la estancia sin haber visto la habitación, imagino que habrán tenido la experiencia d huéspedes que huyeron despavoridos En fin un desastre de habitación en un hotel de 4 estrellas a razón de 170€ diarios sin desayuno Eso si la habitación estaba limpia y el mobiliario prácticamente nuevo

Excelente, seguro que regreso
Excelente experiencia! El lugar muy limpio, cómodo, súper bien ubicado, a 15 minutos a pie de la isla de los museos, el barrio muy tranquilo y seguro, a 3 min caminando de la estación de metro. Llegamos a las 7 am por un problema con nuestro transporte y pedimos guardar maletas, estaba lloviendo y el joven dea recepción muy amable nos dijo que no nos podía mandar así a la calle y nos dio la habitación en ese momento porque tenía disponible. Excelente, definitivamente regreso.

Bien situado.
Lo mejor la situación del hotel. A dos minutos caminando de la entrada del metro más cercana y 20´caminando de Alexanderplatz. La habitación cómoda y limpia. No entiendo muy bien por qué los nórdicos de las camas no son un poco más grandes, pero es un inconveniente menor, como que nos dejaran la ventana abierta, supongo que fue un descuido, todo el día en pleno mes de diciembre. Pudimos solucionarlo poniendo un rato el aire acondicionado un poco más fuerte. Lo que no nos pareció muy bien es que nos pidieran pagar el desayuno en recepción antes de pasar al comedor porque no lo habíamos dejado reservado a la llegada. ¿Hay algún problema en cargarlo a la habitación? ¿Piensan que me voy a marchar sin pagarlo al hacer el check-out?

The staff at this property was really pleasant and helpful. The people at the desk were happy to come up with ideas to help plan the day. The downside of this hotel is that none of the food is really any good, and the shampoo/ conditioner/soap for the shower is really not good, and difficult to use because it is so thin and there are no washcloths. The rooms are small but clean. I was a little bit disappointed with the facilities given the price of the room. But as I say it was a good location, and the staff was lovely.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my son who is a wheelchair user. We requested a twin room but when we got there it was a double. However I was given a comfortable folding bed then moved to a twin accessible the next day so it was fine. The main issue I had with the room was the bathroom, the shower hose plus the towel rack were up high and well out of reach of a wheelchair user. So it’s obviously an oversight in the design of the barrier free room. Otherwise we loved the room. We had pizza in the restaurant one night and it was really good, much better than we’ve had in other hotels. It took ages to come and when it did it looked like it had been made from scratch. We were really impressed. The hotel was really clean, quiet as well, with good facilities. The tap water in the bathroom was drinking water so this was a bonus too. I did think the breakfast was a bit pricey, at €30 for 2 people, but then Berlin is a pretty expensive city so it’s probably in line with all hotels. I should’ve booked the room with breakfast. It’s so close to the U station, and there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby too. It’s really well situated. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, although because of the lift to get in for wheelchairs I think I’d maybe stay somewhere else. We definitely prefer to be able to come and go independently and not have to get someone to let us in. However this isn’t a reflection on the hotel as we had a great stay, and the staff were really helpful.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a short city break, within walking distance to good transport links, attractions and places to eat and drink. Beds were a little hard but this is personal preference and the rooms quite warm but we just opened the window. Would stay again.

The hotel is in walking distance (~25-30 minutes) from many sites, but not close to anything. Very boring surroundings with very few restaurants, but close to u-Bahn. It was on the cheaper range for Berlin though, and you get what you pay for. The room (standard) was extremely small! Knew beforehand it wasn’t big, but this was probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Would NOT recommend for more than one person. Very narrow bed (140 cm)! The bed is also hard, woke up from my back hurting several times (people feel different about hard beds of course, but if one doesn’t like them this is not a good choice of hotel). Did not see the staff at check in smile even once during my stay (three days). They weren’t impolite, they just didn’t make you feel welcome. The breakfast staff were nicer. Breakfast is okay, a bit below average but acceptable. Would not have paid for it though if I had known that beforehand. It wasn’t a completely unpleasant stay, but a bit disappointing. Would not stay here again.
