Tolles Appartement! Nicht nur sehr funktional, auch total nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die ausschließlich zur Selbstnutzung im EG-Innenhof angeschlossene Terrasse ist nicht nur für Raucher ein echtes Asset mit Mehrwert. Fußläufig verschiedene ÖPNV-Optionen und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. HBF-Nähe war auch für An- und Abreise mit dicken Koffern total preisgünstig mgl. Nette und hilfsbereite "Willkommens-Betreuung". Marginaler Mangel: Die klitzekleine Spülmaschine hat nicht wirklich gut gespült. War aber gar nicht schlimm. Umso wertvoller die Verschattungsmöglichkeiten und die großen Oberlichter zur Belüftung an den großen Fenstern. Durch den Durchgang mit Zwischenhof und die weitere Innenhoflage ist es mega ruhig - auch bei geöffneten Fenstern! und auch auf der Terrasse super entspannt. Der verfügbare Sonnenschirm muss allerdings mit etwas Mitgefühl bedient werden ;-)

Excellent private place with great host

This is a small apartment that has it all and is close to train station and city centre. Public transport was great, except when there was a 48 hour busstrike and pre-election demonstrations. Had to walk a lot but otherwise no problem. Missing items at check in such as shower gel were immediately provided. Nice bottle of wine as welcome! Host very communicative.

Lovely all around

This was such a beautiful stay. The in-unit washer was a life saver. The building was very cool in the warm August weather and we always looked forward to getting back to this rental to recharge and rest. You have to check out Tiergarten and its gorgeous beer garden. Order the curry quest and rent a boat for a bit. Was hard saying goodbye to this cute spot and this wild city.

der Aufenthalt war wie zu Hause

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten ist das Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager ohne Probleme. Ich werde wieder dort bleiben, wenn ich nach Berlin zurückkehre.

Fabulous Stay

Such a lovely apartment that has been decorated in a very stylish and yet comfortable way. Lots of privacy, comfy and big bed, relaxing garden, washing machine with clothes rack, train station is walkable but a bit far and there is good variety of restaurants. Metro is close and the area is quiet, a reprieve from the tourist areas. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day. Thank you to our hosts. Marcia and Glenn

Wunderschönes Studio

Eifache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr sauberes Studio, alles was man braucht schon vorhanden. Wasser, Salz, Abwaschmittel etc. Bushaltestelle ca. 1 Gehminuten entfernt. Busse sind allerdings sehr unpünktlich, daher fast einfacher mit einem E-Scooter zum Bahnhof fahren (ca. 10min) Gerne wieder👍👍

Fahrradtouren rund um Berlin

Eine super schönes Studio, mit Terasse geschützt durch Mauerwerk.Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Kaffeautomat , Toaster, Föhn usw . Nette Geste vom Vermieter ( eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein) DANKE Das Studio liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt, das Studio 3 ist ebenerdig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Response time was good, communication during check-in was a little difficult, but we don't speak German, so that made it difficult for both parties. Parking seemed to be initially included, but then realized that in order to garner parking we could pay for the owners parking spot behind a locked gate, which was actually a good way to park the car ensuring we had a spot and it was protected. Owner quickly responded and came to ensure heating was fixed.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Deutsche Bahn wegen einer Streik. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr gut geholfen und war sehr Flexibel! Das war sehr nett!

Great spacious apartment in Berlin

Easy check in and 15 minutes from the main station. Spacious suite, great comfortable bed ,very clean and bright. Many restaurants in the area within walking distance- good vibes, multi- cultural area. Kitchen is small but we ate out most meals so no problem for us.

Très bien

Superbe appartement avec toutes les commodités, très class avec une petite cour privée très agréable. Quartier très calme. Station de vélos "Call A Bike" ou "Nextcity" à 9€ la journée à 300 mètres...idéal pour rejoindre le centre historique et visiter Berlin durant 5 jours et comme le quartier est tranquille il y a toujours des vélos disponibles. Attention pour les gens qui veulent faire la fête et être à proximité des Night Clubs.... c'est un quartier tranquille résidentiel...pour nous c'était Idéal.

Eine bequeme Unterkunft, aber mit einigen Nachteilen

Ich blieb hier für eine Woche. Der Ort selbst ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt eine Küchenzeile, man kan in Ruhe sitzen und seine Zeit genießen. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine (ist aber sehr laut, sodass man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen kann). Allerdings gab es einige gravierende Nachteile: (1) In den ersten drei Tagen war die Dusche eiskalt: unerträglich. Auch als ich das Wasser 30 Minuten fließen ließ in der Hoffnung, dass es wärmer würde, blieb es immerhin eiskalt. Es gab Momente, wenn man die Dusche öffnete, gab es 2-3 Minuten warmes Wasser (aber später wurde es wieder eiskalt). Zum Waschen musste ich warmes Wasser aus der Kitchenette in einer Schüssel oder einem Topf holen. Nach Beschwerden verbesserte sich die Situation. (2) Es gab sehr wenig Seife: nicht genug für eine Woche, und es gab keinen Vorrat. Die Lage ist eher schlecht im Sinne einer schlechten Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Ort ist vielleicht eine gute Lage für diejenigen (wie ich), die sehr früh morgens eine Zugverbindung vom Berlin Hauptbahnhof haben, also sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Das ist der einzige Grund, warum ich diesen Ort gewählt habe.

Berliner Luft

Die ruhige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit charmantem Gartenanteil haben wir sehr genossen. Ein winziger Wermutstropfen: die Brause in der Dusche- harter Wasserstrahl wie Nadelstiche…. An viele kleine, aber sehr erfreuliche Annehmlichkeiten wurde gedacht: Genügend Kaffepads, Flasche Wein, liebevolle zusammengestellter Touristenführer….
