HI there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We're really pleased you enjoyed our warm atmosphere and our great central location. We're sorry you found your room too hot, our awesome staff are always on hand to try and find a solution if there's anything you need. We rarely experience temperatures like we had during your stay, and that along with the expense of installing air conditioning means its just not viable for us to fit it, as we're a low-budget backpackers' hostel which tries to pass our savings on to our guests.
