Cuartos muy deteriorados
Hotel con una buena recepción pero cuartos viejos. Debería ser remodelado. Está en una zona linda pero lejos del centro histórico de Berlín.

Hola, querido Hugo Raúl, Berlín tiene dos centros urbanos: la centro este con (por ejemplo) Alexanderplatz, Fernsehturm y la centro oeste con (por ejemplo) Kurfuerstendamm, Kadewe y Gedaechtniskirche. Ambas partes son fascinantes y ofrecen muchos puntos de interés.. Y, afortunadamente, no está muy lejos de nuestro hotel para descubrir la aparte este ;-) Por cierto, ofrecemos nuestras "habitaciones confort" completamente renovadas aquí en este sitio web. Además, están equipadas con set de té y café y acceso gratuito a la nevera del vestíbulo (agua, cerveza, refrescos y zumos sin límite).

No WiFi
Had problems with the WiFi service. Went to the lobby and explained the problem to the recepcionist Omaru. I really didn't feel like he wanted to help me. He said that he could do nothing to improve the internet service. He offered an upgrade to another room but for a higher price. I explained I just wanted to access to what they offered in the room I already paid for. His answer was that I didn't really pay for the Internet, it's a gift from the hotel. I just ended the conversation there, but I feel really upset to be stuck in a hotel with a bad wifi service for a week, and with unfriendly personnel that doesn't make an effort to make your stay more comfortable. He said I should send my comments over this page.

More than average.
The location is great between a subway station and a bus H station. Beds are comfortable and the room very acceptable. People at the front desk is nice and helpful. WiFi is not that good.

Recomendable al 200%.
Hotel perfecto para dormir en Berlín, a unos pasos del metro y barrio muy completo. Durante mi estancia fue mi cumpleaños y me dejaron un regalo con una tarjeta de felicitación, los empleados son los más agradables que me he encontrado hasta ahora. Recomendable 200%.

Dear Creuza, exactly, right in the heart of Berlin`s famous city centre west with KadeWe, Kurfuerstendamm, Europacenter it is the ideal location for shopping. Many interesting sights are in walking distance and the U-Bahn (100 m) will take you to all other great places of Berlin. Thanks a lot for staying with us and see you soon!

COMODO... pero WIFI punto Debil
Lo malo es que se permite solo un equipo conectado a wifi.... y mas encima, si se te agota el tiempo a las 2 de.la mañana, debes levantarte y solicitar la nueva clave presencialmente en el lobby. En recepción una señorita atendía de muy mala manera... el resto todo bien!

Hotel agradable muy bien situado.
El hotel es agradable, cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado, con una estación de metro en la esquina y una parada de autobús en la otra. Supermercado a la vuelta, cafeterías y restaurantes a unos cuantos pasos y a una cuadra de la calle de tiendas más famosa de Berlín.

Buen precio y cerca del metro
El hotel esta muy cerca del metro wittenbetgplatz y hay lugares para comer y comprar cerca Al llegar nos diferon que estaban sobrevendidos y que nos habían hecho una reservación en el hotel de al lado lo cual demoró media hora nuestro descanso. Esto fue en la madrugada y no fue nada agradable ya que teniamos la habitación pagada y confirmada pero nos ofrecieron desayuno gratis por esto. Nuestra primer habitación olia muy mal y pedimos cambio con lo que accedieron a cambiarnos sin problema. La segunda habitación olía a cigarro lo cual No mejoró mucho nuestra estancia. El staff es amable pero las habitaciones no me parecieron muy limpias.

Hotel bien comunicado, al lado de la estación de u-bahn wittenberg platz ( 3 líneas de U-bahn ). Pese a que las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, la cama es cómoda y todo está muy limpio. El personal es un tanto antipático.

Hemos pasado unos 6 noches agradables. Pero en el s´primo piso, durante agosto, hacía mucho calor. Un hotel debe ser un refugio después de un da de andar por las calles.

nieuw Sorat wennen maar ook wel weer prima
Het was even wennen Sorat in een nieuw jasje. Kamers zijn er op vooruit gegaan, modern jasje. Maar helaas de gezellige bar en het heerlijke ontbijt is verdwenen, ook al hing het schilderij er nog wel. Maar het croissantje en de koffie waren ook wel lekker.

Hôtel rénové est très bien placé. Près du métro et du bus, proche des magasins, du zoo. Hôtel très bien et niveau qualité prix, rien à dire. Les chambres (pure) sont assez grandes avec un coin pour s'asseoir et pour ranger ses affaires. Je recommande vivement.

Everything was perfect except WI-FI and this was really annoying. Connection was really poor during my stay at 5th floor. Not the best speed also at the lobby. Hotel is in really good located, quiet and safe place. Free coffee and croissants good way to start day. But I don’t think it’s worth the money in general. It was not the cheap hotel. Should offer more opportunities.

Comfortable stay
I stayed at the Sorat Hotel for 3 nights in August. The room was large and comfortable, with a large TV, desk, armchair and fan. There was a kettle with sachets of tea, coffee and milk in the room. In the morning complimentary croissants and coffee were available in the reception area. The staff were helpful and polite. The wi-fi was more than suitable for my needs. The hotel was easy to find, just 4 minutes walk from Wittenbergplatz u-bahn station. It is located in a central location so it is easy to get around the city either by train, u-bahn or bus. I had a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Also möchte gerne mitteilen dass der Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber und ordentlich. Aber Was mir nicht gefallen hatte. Daß man nur nach drei Tagen wollte die Zimmer sauber machen. Und daß fande ich nicht so gut. Für mich als Asthmatikerin war sehr schlecht weil ich musste selbst sauber machen. Und gleichzeitig musste ich mir neue Bettwäsche kaufen und neue beziehen weil ich schlafe nicht gerne Drei Tage lang mit dem gleichen Bettwäsche. Ins sonst war daß Hotel sehr sauber und wir haben Handtücher jeden Tag frisch bekommen. Natürlich mussten wir jeden Tag mitteilen. Aber wir haben es bekommen. Ich habe weiterhin meine Arbeitskollegin und Kollegen weiter empfohlen und alle anderen die ich kenne auch weiter empfohlen. Daher von mir verdient daß Hotel Fünf Sterne. Und Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr nett. Wir werden wieder kommen.

I had a great time at the Sorat hotel. The property was in close proximity to both the U and S Bahn which made public transportation during the stay (to / from the airport and to / from various tourist destinations) convenient and hassle free. I felt very safe in the hotel and neighbourhood, and had a great experience interacting with all of the staff. The room was comfortable. Would recommend.
