It is a metro station a two blocks. Super easy to get to downtown from the hotel, and the area is an another touristic point of interest.

Buena ubicación pero decepción en calidad precio.
El alojamiento tiene como punto fuerte su ubicación, está cerca de una parada de metro y tren con muchas combinaciones. Es un barrio tranquilo y cómodo, se puede ir andando incluso a zonas importantes. Sin embargo, decepción por la relación calidad precio al ser temporada alta, cobrada como una triple superior una habitación doble con supletoria, siendo que consideran a los niños como adultos. La limpieza diaria deja bastante que desear.

En la habitación te dejan café y te. Personal muy amable, desde recepcionistas hasta limpiadoras. La calefacción es un poco fuerte. No me molesto ya que era inicio de primavera, pero es algo a considerar en otra época.

Mala atención al cliente
Estoy bastante descontenta con cómo me trataron en el hotel, la persona que estaba en recepción era muy poco amable, parecía que le molestase tratar con los clientes. Llegué a las 12:00 y no me dejaron hacer el check-in hasta las 15:00, diciendo que no había habitaciones limpias libres, pero vi que las limpiadoras ya se iban del hotel, y luego llegaron otros clientes y a ellos sí que les dieron habitación sin esperar. Además, no había aire acondicionado, y hacía bastante calor en la habitación. Y en el baño sólo había una toalla de mano, ninguna de ducha. Lo mejor del hotel es la cercanía al centro y a varias estaciones de metro, pero no volvería, hay otros hoteles por la zona con el mismo precio y mucha mejor calidad y servicio.

Localización práctica junto a Checkpoint Charlie
Hotel sencillo y práctico para pasar un fin de semana en Berlín. Las camas son cómodas y está muy limpio. La habitación en la que me alojé era muy silenciosa. Al encontrarse junto a Checkpoint Charlie, resulta muy práctico para poder visitar Kreuzberg o el centro de Berlín

Camas incómodas y sin aire acondicionado
Incomprensible un hotel de 4 estrellas sin aire acondicionado. Las camas muy incomodas nos cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo, no es la habitación es que todas las camas están igual. De resto está bien ubicado cerca de metro en buena zona.

Good location. Polite receptionists. Quietness
Overall, it was great. I liked the bedroom (it had a safe and you could use it for free unlike other hotels) and the quietness of it. It was really close to a Bunker where Hitler “killed” himself (10’ by foot). They had “Lidl” which is a discount supermarket across of Anhalter bahnhof metro station. Close to Potsdamer Platz, Mall of Berlin, Deutsche Spionage Museum.. just 20’ by foot! The bathroom was clean. The bedroom, too. My husband lost the keycard and we thought / were told a fee had to be paid - which was €100, however, the guy at the reception (very kind of him) told us it was ok! I would point out a few things such as the fruit salad from the breakfast, it was from a can so it was not fresh, still, you had fruits such as oranges, kiwi, bananas and apples. The bed was good but we could feel the bed springs a little bit. However, the manager told us we could change room the next day; as every room had the same bed we decided not to change. And we noticed the sheets and the toilet wasn’t cleaned daily. We stayed for four nights. We had a trouble with the wifi, again the recepcionist (another one- very kind and polite too) fixed it by the time we came back to the hotel.

Todo muy bien, por ser de 4 estrellas sería bueno que tenga un frigobar, ya que hacia mucho calor en Berlín, y es raro que tampoco tenga aire acondicionado. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Moderno y agradable, y la ubicación es magnifica. La limpieza quizá fallaba un poco, pequeños detalles, pero por lo demás buen hotel.
