Die Anzeige lügt nicht: vom Bett zum Waschraum sind es zwei steile Leitern, da sollte man fit sein. Einen Wäscheschrank gibt es nicht.Als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ideal, zentral im interessanten Moabit gelegen.

We liked having a quiet, private apartment that had most everything that we needed including the kitchenette with basic supplies, and towels and bedding. Hand/body soap would have been nice, but fortunately we had enough with us. The apartment is a bit of a workout physically, with the bed up a ladder and on a loft, and the bathroom with shower down a very narrow spiral steps. We were appropriately warned though. One must be fit and flexible enough to navigate the place, but it’s a nice “home base”, cozy and quiet, up just one flight of stairs from ground level in a large apartment building that’s set back from the street with its own courtyard. There is a bus just a couple blocks away that runs directly from the Hauptbahnhof, although when we traveled the other direction, we had to transfer onto the S-Bahn at Turmstraße. But it’s very convenient. The rest of the time while we were out sightseeing, we walked about 15 minutes to the Turmstraße U-Bahn station because the U-Bahn was a much faster way to travel around the city. Finally, we appreciated having plenty of outlets and 3 USB ports to charge everything each night. The USB ports are tucked away under the shelf where the TB is. Many thanks for a fun time in Berlin!

Cute and Cozy

The house is really cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and big. The kitchen tools are enough for two people. The stairs to the bathroom is a bit hard to use, need to be careful. Check-in and out was easy. We really liked the house and thought it was very homey :)

Ferienwohnung in Berlin Moabit

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Eine kleine Maisonnettenwohnung. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche. Im 1. OG ein Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, einem kleinen Tisch und einer Kochnische. Das Bad ist über eine steile und enge Wendeltreppe mit dem Zimmer verbunden. Man sollte also auf alle Fälle fit sein wenn man hier übernachten möchte. Das ganze Objekt ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung wäre sicher mal angebracht. Zum Beispiel war das Geländer der Wendeltreppe ziemlich wackelig. Aber alles in allem war es für den Preis und für drei Nächte absolut ausreichend. Die Begrüßung war freundlich und es wurden alle relevanten Informationen mitgeteilt. Für jemanden der eine kostengünstige Abstiege im Zentrums Berlins sucht genau richtig.

Alt-Moabit kann gefährlich sein

Ja also wir wurden von fünf Arabern nach Hause verfolgt bis in den Innenhof haben uns dann halt am nächsten Tag mit ein paar abwehrmittel aus einem Army Store ausgerüstet dann ging das auch gut mit dem Schlafen... Das passiert aber normalerweise nicht da.aussieht

Kleine Maisonette Wohnung in Moabit

Bin tatsächlich gut hoch und runter vom Hochbett und ins Bad gekommen , habe gut geschlafen... Es war okay, für eine Nacht, eine zweite wäre ich auch geblieben, bitte besser sauber machen und neue Handtücher kaufen, der Empfang war super, auch viele Informationen bekommen, ich habe mich sicher gefühlt, bitte das Geländer zum Bad

10/10, would stay here again

Apartment was clean, easy to find, and within a 15 minute walk to the U-bahn. Gregor the host was incredibly easy to communicate with. We had a request on the second day and he kept us updated until he was able to help us out. The spiral stairs are indeed easier to navigate if you are without mobility issues! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.

Great stay with very accommodating hosts!

We loved our stay here! It was close to the tram/metro and in a cute area. The hosts informed us that there was a leak in the apartment and offered to upgrade us to another apartment of theirs. They were very flexible and prioritized our comfort. We would definitely stay there again!

Ruhig gelegen...

Wir waren vom 17.05 bis 19.05. in einer der Unterkünfte. Das GUTE, es ist ruhig gelegen und man kann dort übernachten und sich morgens Kaffee oder Frühstück zubereiten. Die 2 Räume sind nicht sehr gross.Das Zimmer wurde offenbar mal neu gestrichen, aber das Kreppband wurde nicht wieder entfernt.Farbreste an den Lichtschaltern,Steckdosen und der Lampe.Unsauber gearbeitet. Der defekte Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht. An der Wendeltreppe ist ein Holm lose, Kühlschranktür ist rostig.Insgesamt machte das Gebotene leider einen lieblosen Eindruck. Das ist MEINE persönliche Meinung. Aber, zum übernachten reichts.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to visit Berlin - a really sweet little compartment, spread over 3 floors. The only thing that has prevented me from giving it 5stars is that I feel that it needed a few more pots and pans, plates and cups. Otherwise superb and highly recommended.

Appartement bien situé, quartier calme et sécurisant. Gregor est disponible pour ceux qui le souhaite. A noter, un lit en mezzanine avec une échelle, donc pas pour ceux qui aurait le vertige. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

amazing property!

we had an amazing stay here for our time in berlin. the property itself was so clean and very well laid out considering the small space. it had everything we needed. the host, Gregor, was extremely accomodating and helpful. we also felt very safe in the area and we were very easily able to travel to many different areas of berlin via public transport. we would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to stay in berlin! thanks for having us ☺️
