Berlin
It's NOT one bedroom, it's one room combined living/dining/bedroom, for 3 people as for us son, brother and I was too small. It was a bit far with public communication to center or Berlin. One of the heaters in that room didn't work. Two pictures on the "Bedroom" section of pictures are incorrect. Some of the pictures are taking from the stairway. We were on the 4th. floor, just a reminder to Americans, 4th. floor in Germany means 5th. floor in America. BUT umbrellas were offered free of charge, and we used those few times. I enjoyed the chairs and little sofas between floors since I don't exercise and am 66 years old, I could rest for a minute and catch my breath.

Great location and hospitable host
Great location - colourful and quiet, and within easy reach of the tourist centre. There's a tram stop about 5 - 10 minutes walk away that takes you to the train station and beyond. There are supermarkets, take aways and lots of eateries and cafes nearby. The apartment has tea, coffee, oil and stuff for cooking, which is thoughtful. Yes, the bathroom could do with a refurb - the toilet is old but clean, and it does take a few steps to reach the apartment, but we really enjoyed our stay here and will return.

Great place
Absolutely spot on for what we needed. Clean, warm quiet apartment near to city centre trams. Lovely cafe for breakfast at the end of the street.

Parfait pour un court séjour
Appartement simple parfaitement adapté pour un court séjour (très bon rapport qualité-prix) : fonctionnel et très calme dans un quartier populaire agréable en proximité du centre historique (environ 15mn par le métro). Bonne literie (en dépit de l'absence de volets et de rideaux occultant). Gérants réactifs, sympathiques et efficaces.

Ruhige Wohnung in Moabit
Die ganz ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unsere lag in der vierten Etage ohne Aufzug. War für uns aber kein Problem. In der Küche kann man sein Frühstück zubereiten, ebenso eine kleine Mahlzeit. Das Bad braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Trotzdem haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt.

Sehr hilfreicher, Freundlicher Gastgeber
Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht. Der Gastgeber half sogar spontan beim Reintragen des Gepäcks. Wir hätten allerdings nicht nur die Beschreibung der Unterkunft, sondern auch die Hausordnung vorher insgesamt durchlesen müssen, um zu erfahren, dass sich die Unterkunft in der 4. Etage des Hauses befindet und entsprechend viele Treppen zu bewältigen sind. Auch einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden, gestaltete sich als ziemlich schwierig. Mieter*innen der Unterkunft müssen sich auf längere Wege einstellen.

Entspannendes Wochenende in Moabit
Zu meiner Veranstaltung war es nicht weit, 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt genügend Gestronomie und gute Anbindung and den ÖPNV. Ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht, das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden. Aber wir kommen wieder.

Great one night experience
We were looking for a place to spend two nights in Berlin to attend a friend’s movie at Berlin Film Festival. We had the flight cancelled last minute and Gregor, the owner, was super nice and patient with our multiple change of plan. Finally we made it and once there he was the best owner ever, super kind and responsive. The little apartment was perfect for us. Convenient position, clean and luminous. The only thing we missed was a better/bigger mirror cause the one in the bathroom is to dark, but other than that everything was great. Nice coffee bar downstairs for a relaxed breakfast and Gregor suggested a very good Vietnamise restaurant around the corner. Grazie Gregor see you soon!

Great location. Gregor and his team made me feel right at home from the get go. Kind and always asking if there was anything they could do for me. Just the right space for my stay. I could get anywhere I needed to go within minutes from the location. Thank you for your hospitality! I will be renting from them again!

Aangename ruimte, prima bedden, gebrek aan gemakkelijke stoelen, sanitair voldoende. Tip: Geef aan dat het mogelijk is dat je op de 5de verdieping (80 treden) van dit lift-loos complex terecht komt. Levendige omgeving, makkelijke verbindingen met divers OV.

FeWo direkt hatte wohl am Tag unserer Anreise technische Schwierigkeiten, sodass die Kommunikation über die Plattform leider nicht gut funktioniert hat. Die Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach sehr gut gelegen und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gregor ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

The location was good for transportation and dining options. Multiple addresses were sent initially though so I had an issue finding it. I was on the top floor and the internet did not consistently work in the apartment. I wasted all the data I had for getting around the city in the apartment. I messaged the host about sharing the internet information when I arrived and he did not respond. I needed to message him again the following morning to get the details. I messaged again about the internet not working and he didn’t respond for more than 24hrs. Not as advertised and it affected my trip.
