Due to former complains regarding payments for unused kitchens, we excluded the use of the kitchen for cooking from our booking prizes as openly communicated on all booking platforms. It is correct that we charge a cleaning fee of 30.00€ per day for using of the stove and cooking equipment. We apologize deeply for any inconvenience in this regard. Furthermore we would like to apologize in case the cost for using the kitchen were not explained to you again at check-in contrary to our standard. Of course, we will evaluate your valuation internally and are grateful for your feedback so that we can work towards even greater customer satisfaction in the future.
