Muy limpio, amplio y muy bien ubicado
Todo estuvo muy bien muy agradable el personal de recepcion del hotel, muy limpio y muy amplio, muy bien ubicado, cerca de los museos, cerca del metro, tren, el unico problema que tuvimos fue la Huelga de transportes en Berlin y tuvimos que adelantar un dia la salida del Hotel pero como ya estaba pagado perdimos una noche de estar en Berlin

Tiene una excelente ubicacion, el personal es amable y muy cerca de la estacion central de trenes. El desayuno correcto, el personal del bar lo mejor del hotel serviciales y muy simpaticos!!!

Bien ubicado
El hotel está ubicado al lado de la estación Friedrichstraße lo cual es muy central y funcional El servicio a pesar de que no fue malo, no cumple los estándares de los otros nh que he utilizado, no hablaban español que es parte de lo que buscaba al usar una cadena española, me pareció muy costoso para el servicio recibido, la habitación es ruidosa. Adicionalmente cumplí años el día que me registre les hice el comentario y no tomaron nota de ello, ni tuvieron ningún detalle, estoy acostumbrada a otros hoteles que si aprovechan a lucirse

Destacada ubicación de este NH en Berlin, cerca de la estacion de tren, muy buena sonorarización, si bien poco personal habla español, no fue un inconveniente, ponderando principalmente la atencion y predisposicion de Tessa.

Simplemente excelente!! Es un hotel moderno, en la mejor ubicación de Berlín, a pasos de la estación de metro de museos de la puerta de Brandeburgo, increíble ubicación!! habitación muy cómoda, amplia, la cama deliciosa, el baño grande y moderno... el servicio increíble, todos muy amables y cumpliendo cualquier espectativa, sin duda excelente hotel!! Y cada que regrese a Berlín será mi hotel preferido
