Family vacation

The house was perfect for our large family. Our children, their spouses and our 4 grandaughters could not have felt more at home. The kitchen is spectacular! Each family had their own little space in the huge bedrooms. We all had together time in the many spacious living areas inside. The backyard and patio were our favorite gathering places. There were toys for the children, and every possible extra needed to have a wonderful stay. The Berlin/Assetique area is beautiful and there are so many fun family activities available. The neighborhood where the house is located is central to everything yet in a beautiful,quiet,friendly and safe area. As you can surmise, we loved the house and our experience! Thank you Mia and Kevin.

Great House!!

The property was everything as described and more! I loved that there were towels and sheets as well as toiletries and household supplies! The house was spacious and extremely clean. The communication with Mia was great, she even checked on us during a storm. Also the beds were comfortable; it felt like a luxurious get away. We would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Vacation House

This beautiful house was so comfortable for everyone. It is convenient to the beach and to OC restaurants and yet located in a quiet, peaceful location. We really enjoyed staying there. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family getaway1

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Mia was very accommodating and easy to contact. The home is comfortable, clean and in a quiet/beautiful neighborhood - a very short drive to Assateague. We can't wait to come back. A wonderful time was had by all!

Disappointed

Overall, my family and I made it work to the best of our ability. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. When we arrived, the house appeared clean, but as we did our walk through of the property it looked like someone was living there and literally just left on our arrival. There were clothes and other personal items in the closet and drawers, food in the fridge and freezer, and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned or sanitized. We didn’t have use of the closet and drawers because someone’s items were in there. We had our own cleaning supplies so we took care of cleaning the areas that needed to be sanitized to our liking. The kitchen and main living areas were nice. The back yard was nice although we didn’t use it. House was close and convenient to the beach and shopping stores when we needed to buy food. Another disappointment was upon leaving (about half hour prior to our scheduled check out time) we noticed the ‘cleaning guy’ and owner was literally sitting outside in his truck with the engine running waiting for us to vacate the premises. I just thought that was rude. Maybe they thought we weren’t going to leave timely just in case but it definitely contributed to me thinking this rental was a’ One and done’ for us.

Awesome stay.

I don't think I have stayed at a cleaner rental. We had an awesome time. It was very kid friendly with lots of toys outside. The backyard was a great size for the kids to run around. The bedrooms were huge. Close to our favorite restaurant Crab Alley. We will definitely be back!

Week at the beach

The house was simply amazing. Custom made kitchen, plenty of space to hang out for the kids and adults. Backyard was our favorite part. Enormous brick fireplace was where we spent every evening. The house is also conveniently located. 10 min drive to Ocean City West and most importantly 5 min drive to Assateague. Overall, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Recent July Stay- Just Perfect!!

Overall FANTASTIC experience working with Mia and staying at this property! I cannot give this property a better rating. House was clean upon entry and was just beautiful inside. It is a spacious home that allowed for our three different families to have their own living areas/bathrooms during our stay. Wonderful location within a short driving distance to beaches. When we return to this area we will be looking to see if this property is available!

There will be no disappointment with this house. It was as beautiful as the pictures. Mia and Kevin were wonderful hosts as were very accommodating. They were quick to respond to EVERY question or concern and were on top of everything. The house was clean as well as equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking to go to Assateague or Ocean City MD book this house it is A must stay!

Fantastic House, Great Hosts

The house was beautiful and just as described online. Plenty of space for adults to relax and kids to play. It was a quick drive to the beach and Ocean City boardwalk. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful before and during our stay. Would love to vacation at this home again!

Amenities Galore

This beautiful home has an abundant supply of kitchen, bath and laundry items, comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating areas inside and outside for socializing or just curling up with a good book. The bedrooms are very spacious and the master bedroom/bath is perfect!! Our family had a fantastic time. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic House, Great Location!

Well-organized and prompt pre-stay communications from owners. The house is beautiful and located on a quiet side street less than 5 minutes from the Assateague beaches. Extrememly well laid out interior and exterior spaces with multiple places to gather together or get a little alone time if you need it. Roomy and well-appointed kitchen. Office is fantastic for those of us who have to do a little work during our vacation ;-). Owners were also very responsive to all communications during our stay. A+, would defginitely stay again!

Not only was the house beautiful, Mia was a gracious and beautiful host. She was there to answer EVERY question no matter how big or small. She was patient with all my questions and concerns. The house was clean as well as sanitized. It was fully stocked with everything that you could need and/or think of. Fantastic Vacation!

You will not be disappointed during your stay at this beautiful home. Our group consisted of 8 adults, who had all stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back, and our 9 month old granddaughter, who experienced her first visit. Everyone had a great time, relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood and beaches, looking for Assateague ponies (we saw quite a few!), Berlin, the outlets and Ocean City boardwalk - you won't find a better location or home to stay in. The house has everything you need and more!
