Super chices Appartment in bester Lage; jegliche Bahnen (S/U/Bus) waren mit zweiminütigem Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und war richtig schön hell. Wir hatten die Suite L für drei Erwachsene und das hat locker gereicht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief über Telefon/WhatsApp/SMS und lief problemlos & zeitnah. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man bloß eine Unterkunft braucht und sich mit Essen selbst versorgen möchte.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Kritikpunkt wäre die Matratze vom Bett, die war nicht gut und die Temperatur an der Klimaanlage konnte nicht eingestellt werden.

Pros - 1 min walk from tram stop. 1 min walk from shop. Accommodation clean. Cons - WiFi did not work. Smart tv did not work - could not access Netflix or any streaming app. unable to contact property despite it saying “available 24/7” yet they supply no means of contacting them. I tried texting via number listed on Expedia but received no response. Thankfully our issues were minor but would have been awful if we had a big issue and no one to contact.

Property is very good and neat. Transport is near by to reach any location. But the bed pillow need to change, it's very flat and I have suffered with sore neck for two mornings.

Loved this apartment !
My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. Spacious and clean and warm for December. Very big overall and 6 free washing machines downstairs a massive bonus. Access was easy via Wedding station straight over the road and there is an excellent cheap supermarket next door. Good kitchenette to prepare meals is awesome. My only gripe was the pillows were awful. Huge but so flat.

Das größte Problem war der Zugang zum Gebäude ,trotz mehrfacher Eingabe des Zugangcodes war eine Türöffnung nicht möglich wir waren nicht die einzige Gäste bei denen es nicht geklappt hat und man wartet musste bis jemand herausging erst am letzten Tag unserer Buchung war das Problem behoben,das Bad war außerdem sehr spärlich bestückt es fehlt definitiv eine Ablagemöglichkeit ,in der Küche fehlte eine küchenrolle und kleenextücher waren auch nur wenige vorhanden ich war schon mehrfach Gast in ihrem Haus und muss eine erneute Buchung erst überdenken da es ja auch nicht besonders günstig ist Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Der Check in Prozess war Mist. Erst drei Anrufe später konnte geholfen werden. Die automatische Email mit den Check in Infos kam dann irgendwann doch noch.... 1 Tag nach Abreise.

Great place….but.
I think these online check in/totally digital places are ok if you are in your twenties or thirties. If you are in your seventies it is more of a problem. And if you are using an intermediary like Hotels.com it can be even more difficult. Hotels.com cocked up and we were outside for over two hours.

La struttura è nuova, pulita e confortevole. Dentro la camera c’è tutto il necessario per mangiarci e cucinarci. La connessione an internet è veloce e stabile. La posizione è ottima per visitare Berlino utilizzando bus e metro

The property is in pristine condition. Brand new and very well designed. There is no staff on board, which makes for an interesting check-in experience that was new to me. You require a total of 2 passwords across 3 secure doors. Look out for the email from Limehome 1 hours before your scheduled check-in time. I did not know that beforehand but luckily checked my email on the train. Other than that, everything about this stay was outstanding
