No le gustó: Personal y atención
Lage ist gut, Junior Suite sehr schön eingerichtet und die Rezeption war sehr höflich. Leider wurden wir an 2 von 4 Tagen geweckt. Montag morgen um 8 wurde geschraubt, nicht lange aber ausreichend um geweckt zu werden. Dienstag um 9 morgens dann Betreten des Raums ohne vorher zu klopfen oder zu klingeln. Es gab Pralinen und eine schriftliche Entschuldigung was natürlich sehr löblich ist, wäre natürlich schöner dir Erfahrung nicht gemacht zu haben. Schade, sonst wäre es der perfekte Aufenthalt geworden.

Ihre Kritik ist sehr berechtigt und wir entschuldigen uns ausdrücklich für die ärgerliche, zweifache Ruhestörung. Das darf einfach nicht passieren. Selbstverständlich wurden beide Situationen im Team besprochen. Es freut uns vor dem Hintergrund dieser Unannehmlichkeiten umso mehr, dass es Ihnen ansonsten sehr gut bei uns gefallen hat und insbesondere auch Interiordesign und Komfort nach Ihrem Geschmack waren. Gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal. Zimmer bis 16Uhr nicht gereinigt- erst auf Nachfrage. Versprochene Flasche Wein auf Zimmer nicht erhalten. Minibar refill gut ( enthält Wasser und Limo).

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip in Berlin. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr stylisch. Badezimmer ist auch top und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil ist der Fitness und Spa-Bereich. Wenn man die Sauna nutzen möchte, muss man wissen, dass diese direkt neben dem Laufband liegt und zum Eingang der Tiefgarage. Das macht es sehr unentspannt. Ansonsten ein super Hotel

Great hotel in a quiet part of Berlin
We had a great stay at the KPM hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable suite with tons of amenities. Made our trip to Berlin extra special.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, auch privat
Waren leider nur kurz im Hotel und konnten es nicht richtig genießen, werden das aber sicher nachholen. Aktuelles Design, sehr nette Mitarbeiter/innen, leckeres Essen im angeschlossenen vietnamesischen Restaurant.

The room, hotel, and surrounding areas were all very clean. Spacious room, heated bathroom floor, and a nice firm mattress. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was delicious!

Close to subway station. Clean and modern. We went there to run Berlin marathon 2023. There are lots of nutrients on race day for free. Very nice and consideration

Great Hotel - but too much street noise
Great hotel, very nicely appointed, great Asian restaurant, excellent service. The only drawback was my street facing room let any street noise in. The window (not openable) just let all the noise in

Upscale Hotel in quiet neighborhood
Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Everything is top notch with a lot of attention to every detail. The hotel feels like it's more businesses stay oriented but we were not the only couple there.

Highly recommend!
Beautiful hotel with a great rooftop area! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We had one dinner, one breakfast there. So delicious. Our king-size bed was very comfortable. We loved he convenience of being near the S-Bahn train. We grabbed breakfast at the bakery across the street 5 of the days we were there.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay here. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern, and we loved being able to walk to the S-Bahn. There's a wonderful bakery right across the street for those who want to grab breakfast on the go, and we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Dong A, on our last evening. The food was delicious and service impeccable. While it's definitely a pricier place to stay, it was worth the splurge and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here last October and this was a return visit, love the hotel and made great use of the playroom which had a table tennis table and was not a kids room as we previously thought. Was there as a foursome and enjoyed the competition, the hotel is in a quiet area but everything is walkable which we enjoyed.

Perfekt til prisen
Super hotel til prisen. Nemt at køre ind og ud af Berlin til. Der er mulighed for gratis parkering i gaden. Roligt og trykt område. Købte morgenmad 2 af dagene til 19,50 € pr. Pers og en dag gik vi over og spiste det i bageriet 50 meter fra hotellet. Super nemt med både U og S bahn tæt på, hvilet også er nødvendigt da det ligger ca 3,5km fra centrum. Dog også fint på gåben idet Tiergarten ligger tæt på. Moderne værelse med lille te-køkken og gratis sodavand i køleskabet. Badeværelset lidt lille, men fin stor bruser. Smart tv - dog uden Chromecast, og alene Netflix, kan ikke bruge danske apps. Få spise steder nær hotellet, dog kun ca 1,5 km til Kudam området. Kan anbefale hotellets egen vietnamesiske restaurant DONG.
