Pensión básica para pasar la noche, habitación limpia, baño privado pero en pasillo, desayuno tipo buffet normalito. Con estaciones de tren y metro a 10 min andando. La calle tiene supermercado y restaurantes para comer.

El hotel estaba muy amplio y cómodo , el desayuno buffet variado. Lo único incomodo era comunicarse con las recepcionistas, ninguna hablaba inglés , no sonreían jamás y se incomodaban cuando uno trataba de comunicar cualquier cosa en inglés.

Excede las expectativas
El hotel excede las expectativas. Da más por el precio. Espacioso (por lo menos nuestra habitación) y limpio. Le hace falta aunque sea un ventilador en épocas de calor. El desayuno suficiente y muy bueno para iniciar el día. Excelente ubicación, transporte público cerca. Súper al frente. En general, aunque es precario y un poco viejo, cumple con el propósito.

Never again
Came for the price, left for the lack of heating and hot water in the middle of the winter, and the horrible service. When asked about while there was no hot water to shower, the employee in charge replied "it's not my water". The heater in the room would shut off during the entire night, the coldest period, and I got sick during my stay here. This place is owned and run by Russians who don't speak any English. The WiFi didn't really work, was down most of the time or at extremely low signal/speed. I do NOT recommend this place.

Virkelig fint værelse, men meget lille badeværelse. Vi havde 3 overnatninger, men fik kun skiftet håndklæder den ene gang. OK morgenmad, men for dårligt af de andre gæster ikke anvendte mundbind, som ellers er lovkrav. Hotellet gjorde tilsyneladende ikke noget. Personalet bar mundbind. Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til offentlig transport til centrum.

Gute Adresse.
Tolle Lage. Freundlicher Service mit reichhaltigem einfachen Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer mit älteren Möbeln. Leider ging im Bad ohne Fenster der Abzug nicht, dadurch unangenehme Gerüche.

Für das Geld war es von der Einrichtung her ok. Nur für heiße Sommertage nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer war immer sehr sehr warm und von der Lautstärke von draußen sehr sehr laut. Ich würde es im Sommer nicht nochmal buchen

Cheap and convenience to visit Berlin centre
Value for money. Room was specious and clean. Service was helpful. Breakfast was limited but ok. Only negative aspect was that the used laundry cages were front of our door. There are free parking around the hotel and safe to park. Berlin was easy to reach by public transport. Receptionist was helpful about all those questions.

Hotell i håpløs forfatning og sur betjening
Det luktet sigarettrøyk. Det var ikke vann i dusjen og toalettcisternen. Fikk ikke skyllet ned. Jeg påpekte dette for betjeningen avreisedagen, noe en annen gjest også gjorde da han sjekket ut. Den kvinnelige resepsjonisten ville ikke ta imot negative kommentarer og svarte med å bli grinete

Das Hotel bzw. die Räume und Flure sind technisch in einem desolaten Zustand, doch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück ok. Für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten.

We were never able to go because of the coronavirus..... Germany was not letting US tourists in... and it was to be the last night of a month’s trip in Germany before we flew home. The price was non refundable, but every other reservation in Germany refunded our money, as it was not our fault. But this place, would not....and we tried twice, but they would not budge. So forget staying here.

Basic but clean with good Continental breakfast
Difficult to find entrance to Hotel due to scaffolding around building, also sign inside the door was facing inwards not towards street. Reception is on the 1sy floor. Very little English was spoken but if you practice a little German the reception was warmer. We arrived early but were allowed access to the room. The room was very large with very squeaky floorboards due to age of building and was lackinga little TLC. Furniture and furnishings very basic, quilts were not even summer thickness (4.5 TOG) but there were extra quilts in the wardrobe which we used. Toilet has a macerator so very noisy. Towels not very soft (a bit like sandpaper) but clean and replaced daily. No hairdryer provided which is unusual these days and caused some difficulty, we came back earlyfrom sightseeeing one day so that I couldwash my hair and let it dry naturally. Free WiFi is available in the room. Continental breakfast was good and regularly topped up. Yogurts, bread, rolls, cheese, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, jam and marmalade, cereals, fruit salad, tea and coffee were all laid out, do not expect anything like an English breakfast. Supermarket opposite was very good and had a small cafe. The Hotel is handy for bus routes. The Tegel Airport express bus 109 stops about 12/15 minutes walk away. I would recommend purchase of the Berlin Welcome Card as Hotel is not really local to majority of attractions. Transport is easily accessible and gets you into Berlin Central.

Frygteligt!! Vi skiftede hotel efter én nat. Der lugtede fælt af kloak og gammelt skidt. Der var gammelt kageaffald under dobbeltsengen, og møgbeskidt alle vegne. Er normalt ikke sart, men det var en træls oplevelse for børn såvel som voksne

Pillows are strange, looks fluffy but when you lay your head all filling disappered. DStaff didn’t spoke english more thab few words, wasn’t problem though. Breakfast could have better with toaster. Good location near the stations and supermarket. You get what you pay for, premises are worn our but will do if the only purpose is to have place for overnigjt

Nobody speaks English and no one is at the front desk from 10 pm to 6 am. No air conditioner and no fans. Towels are of rough quality.

I had a reservation for this hotel that I had cancelled through expedia. Apparently due to a glitch in the system, my cancellation hasn’t gone through. So I was charged over $1000 by the hotel, even though I was staying in another hotel. I called them and after a lot of exhausting discussions with them they agreed to pay me $500 back. I tried calling expedia over and over again but there is no actual person I can talk to!!! So I have lost $500 and expedia is not answering me!!

Old building but comfy beds
This hotel is over priced. the only positive thing I could think of is the comfy bed, you'll get a good sleep here. Otherwise you are not close to any of the important landmarks in Berlin, but t depends of course on the type of your trip. Breakfast is less than basic and the hotel is very old.
