Ikke det værd andet end beliggenhed

Hotellet eneste lyst punkt var beliggenhed, tæt på U bahn og S bahn, ellers var der ikke andet. Vi valgte hotellet for 3 ting, gratis parkering, gratis morgenmad, gratis WiFi. Corona var brugt som undskyldning for ikke at servere morgenmad selvom alle cafeer og restauranter var åbne. Det, hotellet mente var morgenmads erstatning som de har lagt på bordet dagen før, var ikke godt til noget eller nogen, ingen af os 4 kunne bruge det til noget. Der var ikke en gang adgang til kaffe eller te overhovedet. Wifi virkede i et minut og stoppede i 10, det var ikke til at holde ud. Dagene startede med at der skulle bruges 1.5-2 timer bare for at komme ud for at have morgenmad og kaffe. Parkering var gratis, ja, men det var ikke hotellets, man bliver henvist til de omkring liggende offentlige veje hvor der måske var pladser, egen risiko Vi var der for 5 nætter, håndklæder var ikke skiftet en eneste gang. Hotellet eller bygningen var under renovering, man bliver vækket hver morgen mellem 6 og 7, undtagen weekenden. Støj kunne høres fra alle hjørner, lydisolering er ikke noget som væggene og dørene på hotellet kender noget til.

Bauarbeiten verursachten erheblichen Lärm tagsüber, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.Die Zimmer sind altbaubedingt hellhörig. Z.T. sprach das Personal nur wenig deutsch, war jedoch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage an der U2 ist ausgezeichnet.

Bra enklare hotel på behändigt gångavstånd från mässan i Berlin. Väldigt tillmötesgående med tidig incheckning. Mitt rum var rymligt, trevligt och rent. Bra ljudisolering mot gatan men lite knarrande golv i korridoren. Ok enklare frukost ingick. Strax under Scandic-standard men prisvärt.

Für eine Nacht O.K.

Das Ambiente ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind einfach und Sauberkeit geht auch. Die Bettwäsche hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Es könnte mal eine neue gekauft werden. (geflickte Löcher) Eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück wäre auch nicht schlecht. Zum Abschluß kann man sagen...für eine Nacht O.K.

Хороший отель. Рекомендую.

Отель отлично расположен. 5 мин от автобусного вокзала. У нас был ночной заезд. Нас ждали. Очень быстро заселили. Администратор очень приветливый мужчина, говорит на русском. Завтрак обычный. Бутерброд, яйцо, кофе. В номере чисто, хорошая душевая, белоснежное белье, полотенца. Рекомендую!

Sehr gute Lage, viele Park Möglichkeiten und große Auswahl an Restaurants und Kaffee ind der Nähe. Das Personal war entgegengekommend wir konnte schon eine Stunde früher einchecken. Negativ ist halt das es keine Klimaanlage gibt und die Ausstattung veraltet. Man soltte auch ein 1. Hilfe Kasten für Not einrichten, ich hatte einen Pflaster gebraucht leider hieß es wir haben keins.

Havde bestilt et værelse til 2 voksne og 2 teenager fik et værelse til 3 og der var så til 3 i dobbeltsengen. Morgenmaden var der men noget tør. Vi blev forsinket der var de søde til at vente på os inden de lukkede receptionen. Der stod ellers der var døgnåben.

Horrible experience

Service is horrible. The front desk is rude and unhelpful. I booked online and put in my credit card info but they to charge me in person. That's never happened before on this site. The rooms were uncomfortable. Stay far away.

Es geht noch besser.

Ich find es es unmöglich, daß der zu bezahlende Betrag schon am 11.01.19 komplett abgebucht wurde und nicht wie auf der Buchungsbestätigung ausgewiesen erst vor Ort zu bezahlen ist! Des weiteren befand sich im Zimmer 218 eine abgewohnte Couch das den Gesamteindruck des Zimmer negativ Erscheinen läßt. Eine Rechnung wurde auch nicht gefertigt, sondern nur von einem Quittungsblock ausgefüllte Seite mit der Gesamtsumme ausgewiesen. Auf Nachfrage weswegen nur eine Quittung ausgestellt wird, wurde mir gesagt, das es so nur gemacht wird. Ich werde mir es jederfalls sehr stark überlegen nächtes mal wieder über Hotels.com zu buchen.

Great hotel for this price!

Staid for just one night for the Gurlitt exhibit, and this hotel is close to an U-Bahn that goes close to the Gropius Bau. Very nice hotel for this price, and the breakfast is absolutely decent!

Good hotel for a few nights stay, confortable, clean, good breakfast, fast check in and out, few steps from subway station, one block from main bus stop, perfect if u plan a travel by bus from/to berlin main bus station. No touristic places near, but the line 2 of the subway stops a few steps from the hotel and lead u straight downtown and other areas.

Fine for short stay but not long one

This is single room with wash room. It is small but fine for one person. Positive: The hotel is close to some attractions and close to different sorts of public transports which is very convenient. The room includes shampoo, soap and enough tissue paper. Receptionist is friendly. Negative: The room has a smell of new furniture. In the midnight, it happens someone hit the door very hard which makes frightened but nothing happens further. Maybe it is someone cannot recognize his/her room. The wifi did not work and receptionist cannot solve the problem. It is on the second floor without lift. Be prepared to take baggage upstairs. To Hotels.com: The price given on the internet is not transparent. As I arrived, receptionist told me to pay a tax for non-business travellers which did not mentioned on the page of Hotels.com.
