Todo perfecto. Único detalle que al entregar la habitación dejamos a guardar la maleta y al ir a recogerla en la tarde estaba lloviendo y en la entrada no nos querían dejar entrar al hotel a pesar de nuestras explicaciones, pensaban que éramos extraños que queriamos resguardarnos de la lluvia, no fue nada amable el hombre de la entrada y finalmente nos dejó pasar pero muy a regañadientes....

The property seems very safe and welcoming . On my arrival while being shown the room there was a roach in the room and the front desk person whom showed me the room was very kind but did not offer a different room . The whole time I was there I loved it with a grain of salt to say the least .

Our suite had heating issues. We called twice and went to the reception. The staff said that it was handled but when we came back from dinner, the room was still very cold. Very unpleasant! It's a pity because it was a beautiful room. We liked a lot the outstanding breakfast.

Bis auf ein Abendessen mit Gästen (sehr wenig Betrieb im Restaurant) waren wir wie üblich sehr zufrieden. Im Restaurant wurde leider eine Vorspreise 'vergessen' - erst nach Ermahnung kam sie mit Verspätung - alle anderen warteten am Tisch. Entweder war das Personal neu oder nicht ganz bei der Sache.

Från första stund av vår ankomst till Hotell Adlon Kempinski, kändes det som att vi hade stigit in i en scen direkt från en James Bond-film. Hotellets lobby utstrålar en otrolig elegans med sitt glitter och glamour, en atmosfär som omedelbart fångar ens uppmärksamhet. Under vår två nätters vistelse, som jag delade med min fru och två andra par, upplevde vi en service som överträffade alla förväntningar. Varje anställd på hotellet verkade ha som sitt främsta mål att göra vår vistelse så behaglig och minnesvärd som möjligt. Det var inte bara deras professionalism som imponerade oss, utan också den äkta värmen och omsorgen som visades oss. Ett särskilt omnämnande förtjänar frukosten, som var inget mindre än utomordentlig. Utbudet och kvaliteten på maten var exceptionell, med en variation som tillgodosåg alla våra smakpreferenser och dietkrav. Det var en frukostupplevelse som satte en hög standard för resten av dagen. Sammanfattningsvis erbjuder Hotell Adlon Kempinski en upplevelse som är svår att jämföra med något annat. Det är en plats där lyx möter komfort, och där varje detalj är noga genomtänkt för att skapa en oförglömlig upplevelse. Jag kan helhjärtat rekommendera detta hotell till alla som söker en extraordinär vistelse i en värld av glamour och elegans.

Wir haben Heimweh zum Adlon!
Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, Zimmer sehr schön groß. Das Frühstück war überwältigend gut, das personal hat sich immer sehr viel Mühe mit allem gegeben. Da merkt Mann erstmal den unterschied von 5 Sternen und 5 Sternen!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
